Athens, 17 July 2015 the Collection of Cadastral Survey Declarations Is Communications and Public Relations Department [email protected] Tel: 210 6505600, Fax: 210 6505934 Athens, 17 July 2015 The collection of cadastral survey declarations is being extended to the Regional Unit of Kilkis (Kallikratis Municipalities of Kilkis and Paionia) The NCMA SA has made the following announcement: By decision of Chairman of BoD & Managing Director of the National Cadastre & Mapping Agency S.A. (No 1338/07.07.2015), the collection of cadastral survey declarations will begin on 20 July 2015, with anyone having a right to real property located in the pre- Kapodistrias Municipalities/Communities in the Kallikratis Municipalities of Kilkis and Paionia in the Regional Unit of Kilkis in the Region of Central Macedonia being invited to submit declarations for their real property either at the Cadastral Survey Office in the region where their real property is located or online at the Cadastre website www.ktimatologio.gr The deadline for the submission of declarations for these regions, which begins on 20 July 2015, is 20 October 2015 for residents of Greece and 20 January 2016 for expatriates and the Greek State. Submission of declarations is mandatory. Failure to comply will incur the penalties laid down by law. A. REGION OF CENTRAL MACEDONIA I. Petros, Mesia, Peukodasos, Polykastro, Polypetro and Ryzia. More specifically in the pre-Kapodistrias municipalities/communities of Polykastro and Peukodasos, the deadline for the correction of the Initial Registrations regarding their property, expires on 31/7/2015 for residents of Greece and in 2017 for expatriates and the Greek State. Also in December 2015 expires the deadline for the correction of the Initial Registrations in the pre-Kapodistrias municipality of Mesia. Concerning the pre-Kapodistrias municipalities/communities of Aspro, Axioxori, Ag. Petros, Polypetro and Ryzia the deadline for the correction of the Initial Registrations expires in 2016 (in 2018 for expatriates and the Greek State). After the expiry of the deadlines mentioned above, the Initial registrations become final and they produce an irrefutable presumption, meaning changes in their content are prohibited. A significant percentage of MSW originates from household activities. In this study we calculate the costs of setting up and running a zero-waste mortar-producing (ZWMP) process utilizing MSW in Northern Greece. The process is based on a thermal co-processing of properly dried and processed MSW with raw materials (limestone, clay materials, silicates and iron oxides) needed for the production of clinker and consequently of mortar in accordance with the Greek Patent 1003333, which has been proven to be an environmentally friendly process. According to our estimations, the amount of MSW generated in Central Macedonia, Western Macedonia and Eastern Macedonia and Thrace regions, which is conservatively estimated at 1,270,000 t/y for the year 2020 if recycling schemes in Greece are not greatly ameliorated, may sustain six ZWMP plants while offering considerable environmental benefits. This work can be applied to many cities and areas, especially when their population generates MSW at the level of 200,000 t/y, hence requiring one ZWMP plant for processing.

This has been especially the case of countries such as Italy and Greece, who have received the main number of people running away from the war in Syria. This phenomenon has revealed the strengths and weaknesses of each country, as well as its capacity of mobilising its citizens, thereby forcing the different governments to rethink their policies and resources. In this context, new tools appear necessary in order to face the necessities of treating forced migrants as equals, providing to them the same access to basic rights as to the regular citizens.

Turquia, ella sola, dóna refugi a 1,7 milions de fugitius provinents de Síria. I els altres cinc països que alberguen el major nombre de refugiats són el Pakistan, el Líban, Iran, Etiòpia i Jordània.

After 2002, this authority was shifted to the country’s 13 regions entirely. In this paper, we compare and contrast regional and prefectural SWM planning in Central Macedonia. To design the prefectural plan, we assume that each prefecture must be self-sufficient, and we locate waste facilities in each prefecture. In contrast, in the regional plan, we assume cooperation between prefectures and locate waste facilities to serve the entire region. We pres- ent a new multicriteria mixed-integer linear programming model to solve the location–allocation problem for municipal SWM at the regional level. We apply the lexicographic minimax approach to obtain a ‘‘fair’’ nondominated solution, a solution with all normalized objectives as equal to one another as possible. A solution to the model consists of locations and technologies for transfer stations, material recovery facilities, incinerators and sanitary landfills, as well as the waste flow between these locations.
