(No 1338/07.07.2015), the collection of cadastral survey declarations will begin on 20 July 2015, with anyone having a right to real property located in the pre- Kapodistrias Municipalities/Communities in the Kallikratis Municipalities of Kilkis and Paionia in the Regional Unit of Kilkis in the Region of Central Macedonia being invited to submit declarations for their real property either at the Cadastral Survey Office in the region where their real property is located or online at the Cadastre website www.ktimatologio.gr The deadline for the submission of declarations for these regions, which begins on 20 July 2015, is 20 October 2015 for residents of Greece and 20 January 2016 for expatriates and the Greek State. Submission of declarations is mandatory. Failure to comply will incur the penalties laid down by law. A. REGION OF CENTRAL MACEDONIA I. Petros, Mesia, Peukodasos, Polykastro, Polypetro and Ryzia. More specifically in the pre-Kapodistrias municipalities/communities of Polykastro and Peukodasos, the deadline for the correction of the Initial Registrations regarding their property, expires on 31/7/2015 for residents of Greece and in 2017 for expatriates and the Greek State. Also in December 2015 expires the deadline for the correction of the Initial Registrations in the pre-Kapodistrias municipality of Mesia. Concerning the pre-Kapodistrias municipalities/communities of Aspro, Axioxori, Ag. Petros, Polypetro and Ryzia the deadline for the correction of the Initial Registrations expires in 2016 (in 2018 for expatriates and the Greek State). After the expiry of the deadlines mentioned above, the Initial registrations become final and they produce an irrefutable presumption, meaning changes in their content are prohibited. Specifically for those regions, citizens should check the Initial Registrations regarding their property online through the application Ηλεκτρονικές Υπηρεσίες - Τελικά Στοιχεία Κτηματογράφησης – Αρχικές Εγγραφές at the Cadastre website www.ktimatologio.gr or contact the responsible Cadastral Office and not the Cadastral Survey Offices mentioned above which are responsible only for submission of the declarations. The property owners at the pre-Kapodistrias municipalities/communities of Polykastro and Peukodasos, should check the Initial Registrations regarding their property until 31/7/2015 contacting the Cadastral Office of Polykastro (3A Kilkis & Ag.
