It means “there are no problems here.” In ‘The Lion King’ the song ‘Hakuna Matata’ plays when Timon and Pumbaa find in the desert. Simba is sad, so Timon and Pumbaa sing the song to make him happy. The song tells the story of Pumbaa, he had no friends because he was smelly. The song is about not caring about what people say. They all become good friends and sing together.
