WOM EN’S DRC BUSINESS CONFERENCE PRESENTED BY KEYNOTE Stacy London STYLIST/TV PERSONALITY Stacy London is one of America's foremost fashion experts. She is best known as the co-host of TLC's hugely popular show, “What Not To Wear,” as well as the natural gray streak in her hair, which appeared at age 11. Her first book, “Dress Your Best,” concentrates on style by body type and was published to stellar reviews. Her second book, “The Truth About Style,” a New York Times bestseller, is both a memoir and a style guide. In “The Truth About Style,” London shares her story and focuses on the healing power of personal style and using that expertise to overcome past problems. A native Manhattanite, London graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College with an independent degree in philosophy and German literature. From 2005-10, London joined “The Today Show” on NBC as a style correspondent and has regularly appeared on “Access Hollywood.” Prior to her career in television, she started at Vogue as a fashion assistant and later returned to Conde Nast as the Senior Fashion Editor at Mademoiselle. London has styled fashion photos for publications such as Italian D, Nylon, and Contents, and has dressed many celebrities, including Kate Winslet, Katie Holmes, and Liv Tyler. Rebecca Taylor, Vivienne Tam, and Ghost have all used her as a consultant on their fashion shows. London was recently made a Style Contributor to “The View.” London has appeared on numerous national talk and news shows including “Oprah,” CNN, CBS' “The Early Show,” and MSNBC. In addition, she has been an expert contributor in countless magazines including USA Weekend, US Weekly, People, Glamour, Redbook, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. London has spoken at events hosted by Starwood Hotels, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Oprah Magazine, and Harvard University. London sits on the national boards of nonprofits Step Up, I AM THAT GIRL, The Jed Foundation, The Advisory Board of Stylinity, and TheLi.st. Closely aligning with Mary Kay’s focus on improving women’s economic independence, Adkins-Green is actively involved in the community through The Mary Kay Foundation’s mission of finding a cure for cancers aecting women and stopping the incidence of violence against women. In addition, Adkins-Green is a Trustee of Texas Christian University and she serves on the board of the AT&T Performing Arts Center. KEYNOTE Anne Chow CEO, AT&T BUSINESS AT&T INC. Anne Chow was appointed Chief Executive Ocer of AT&T Business in September 2019. She and her organization of more than 30,000 employees are responsible for serving nearly 3 million business customers in upwards of 200 countries and territories around the world. AT&T Business customers span all industries, including the public sector, as well as nearly all of the world’s Fortune 1000 companies. She is the first woman to hold this position and first woman of color CEO in AT&T’s history. With decades in the industry, Chow has led many global organizations through major transformations, developing and executing innovative growth strategies while building role model relationships. She's passionate about education, diversity, and inclusion, advancing women in technology and cultivating next generation leaders. Previously, Chow was President - National Business, where she led more than 12,000 business professionals supporting 95 percent of AT&T’s business customers nationwide. Across numerous AT&T Business segments, she oversaw customer experience, management of direct and indirect sales channels, the B2B Sales Development Program, call center support, and DIRECTV for Business. She also owned P&L for the small and medium-sized business market encompassing AT&T's B2B services, including wireless, networking, and application solutions. Chow’s experience is diverse in both breadth and depth. She has held leadership positions in engineering, direct and indirect sales, sales operations, marketing, customer care, international operations, product management, and strategic planning. She’s known for building world class teams, developing model leaders, and having a passion for excellence with customers and constituents alike. As a founding member of AT&T University’s governing board, Chow actively supports the company’s leadership development imperative. She’s also involved in many of AT&T’s employee resource groups and employee networks worldwide, and serves as the Executive Sponsor for AT&T’s Women of Business Employee Network and the Asia Pacific Women’s Organization. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Franklin Covey Co. Chow is a member of the Committee of 100 and the Co-Chair of Georgia Tech’s Parent Board. Her many contributions to business and the community are widely recognized. A few of Chow’s awards and accolades include Leaders and Legends by Who’s Who in Asian American Communities, Corporate Woman of the Year by the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship, Most Inspiring Woman in Comms by Light Reading, and Stevie’s Award as Female Executive of the Year - Business Services. Chow holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from The Johnson School at Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in electrical engineering from Cornell. She is also a graduate of the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School of Music. KEYNOTE Beth Silvers & Sarah Stewart Holland PANTSUIT POLITICS Sarah Stewart Holland has always loved politics, although her political opinions have changed drastically over the years. As the creator and co-host of “Pantsuit Politics,” she has turned that passion into a career. When she's not opining about policy or the latest political firestorm from behind the mic, Stewart Holland is raising her three young sons with her husband in her hometown of Paducah, Kentucky, where she served on the Paducah City Commission. Before turning to the mic, she wrote about parenting and politics on her blog, “bluegrass redhead.” Her writing has also been published in The Atlantic, Hungton Post, Scary Mommy, and BlogHer. Beth Silvers owns and operates Checking In with Beth Silvers, a business coaching practice. Drawing on her 11 years of experience with a large midwestern law firm as an attorney and human resources executive, Silvers helps individuals clarify and realize their goals. She has been recognized as one of Ohio’s Most Powerful and Influential Women by the Ohio Diversity Council, a Human Resources Game Changer by Workforce Magazine, and one of Cincinnati’s Forty Under 40 business leaders. A graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky, Silvers lives in Union with her husband, two daughters, and miniature schnauzer. She loves people, politics, poetry, and watermelon. PROGRAM EMCEE Sara Madsen Miller PRINCIPAL/COO 1820 PRODUCTIONS Sara Madsen Miller is a Principal and the Chief Operating Ocer of 1820 Productions, an Emmy Award-winning video production company. 1820 creatively and strategically helps businesses drive market share and brand awareness by creating visual content to uniquely fit every need. Madsen Miller has developed and produced numerous commercials, award-winning documentaries, and hit television shows. Through 1820, she has partnered with large clients such as AT&T, Toyota, and 7-Eleven, collaborated with advertising agencies including The Richards Group and GOLIN, and networks such as ABC and DISCOVERY. 1820 has been the recipient of more than 80 awards, including multiple Emmy Awards, MarCom Awards, and Gold Addy Awards. Prior to joining 1820 Productions, Madsen Miller had 14 years of executive leadership with Pfizer Inc. Through her keen leadership, strategic business approach, and communication skills, she won numerous sales awards, including the Vice President’s Management Club for top 10 percent managers. She received a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication, a bachelor’s degree in business and public administration from Drake University, and Executive Education from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business. Madsen Miller’s service in the community includes Dallas Regional Chamber Board Member and Chair of the Leadership Council, Board Member for the Cotton Bowl Classic Association, Board Member for the Texas Women’s Foundation, and member of the Advisory Council for the Texas Women’s University Institute for Women’s Leadership. She’s been honored with numerous civic awards, including the Dallas Business Journal Women in Business Award and the American Advertising Federation’s Shining Star Award. ATHENA® AWARD RECIPIENT Debbie Dennis SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER & CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER ONCOR Debbie Dennis is Oncor’s Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Ocer and Chief Human Resources Ocer. In her current role, she has responsibility for customer service, community relations, economic development, branding, and communications, as well as all human resource functions. She is also responsible for the strategic direction of Oncor’s philanthropy, community involvement, and employee engagement initiatives.
