FINE WINES OF THE MONTH BY THE GLASS Every month Tobias Gorn, Boisdale’s buyer and fine wine connoisseur hand picks some outstanding wines from our extensive cellars to be savoured by the 125ml and 175ml glass and to be available to be sampled by a 50ml measure to give our patrons the unique opportunity to try them in small quantity first. These fine and rare wines have been carefully chosen for their pedigree and quality.
