BEING A BYLAW OF BRAZEAU COUNTY, IN THE PROVINCE OF , TO ADOPT THE AND BRAZEAU COUNTY INTERMUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

WHEREAS, the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, Chapter M-26 authorizes Council of Brazeau County to work collaboratively with neighbouring to ensure the efficient future land use planning adjacent to municipal boundaries;

WHEREAS, Brazeau County and Parkland County have worked collaboratively on the preparation of an Intermunicipal Development Plan between both municipalities;

WHEREAS, Council of Brazeau County deems it expedient and proper, under the authority of and in accordance with the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, Chapter M-26 and amendments thereto, to adopt the Parkland County and Brazeau County Intermunicipal Development Plan;

WHEREAS,the public participation requirements of Section 692 ofthe Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, Chapter M-26, have been complied with;

NOW THEREFORE,the Council of Brazeau County, duly assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That this Bylaw and the attached Schedule "A" shall be known as the "Parkland County and Brazeau County Intermunicipal Development Plan"; and
