5/ Exchange students : How to apply: application form (https://tlse2.moveon4.com/locallogin/55928f563f5d663d20000000/eng) sent by the home institution which nominate exchanges students. Application deadlines: 31st May (1st semester) and 31st October (2nd semester), official nomination received from the Home Institution’s International Office. Recommended arrival dates : mid September (1st semester) and mid‐January (2nd semester) International student orientation : 12 to 16th of September (1st semester) and January 17th (2nd semester).

6/ Practical information : French courses : The department of French as a Foreign Language (DEFLE Département d’Etude du Français Langue Étrangère) offers courses for non‐native French speakers in order to improve their knowledge of the French language. Housing : housing is available if students fill an application at the International Office by the publish deadline. Health and Medical Insurance : if the student is European, no needs to be register at the “Sécurité Sociale”, non‐European students have to be registered at the “Sécurité Sociale”. Visa and Immigration : a special service helps students; it is “Division de la vie étudiante, DIVE”. Expenses : budget for a student in France is around 750€ per months (housing, transport, food, outing…).
