BH: Good morning Scott! Let’s talk a little about the initial writing period for Tribe, and how the band was thinking going into making the album. SR: Mike, Eddie, Geoff and myself started to compile ideas for Tribe back in the early summer of 2002. We really began focusing on the ideas in the fall and began recording the tracks in late January early February of 2003. Once we started to really focus on the musical and lyrical direction of the record, we found that it was all starting to become a very cohesive body of work.
