A íalvak foglalkozási szerkezetének átalakulása Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megyében BODNÁR LÁSZLÓ tanszékvezető docens Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megye falusi településhálózata a közelmúlt- ban lényegi változásokon ment keresztül. A végbement koncentráció kapcsán már több helyütt felmerültek azok a sokágú kapcsolatok, amelyek a hálózati nagyságrendi struktúrát és a funkcionális struktúrát fűzik szoros egységbe. A funkcionális fejlődést, egy-egy megye országos fejlődési áramkörbe való gyorsabb bekapcsolódását éppen az ott uralkodó hálózati struktúra lassítja vagy éppen meggátolja. Módosításuk, cLZclZ ct társadalom új térbeli igényeihez való „igazításuk" magas beruházási költségkihatásain jelentkezik. A múltbeli örökség mellett — amely a korábbiakból átöröklött eredmé- nyek összegzője, s egyben a fejlődési folyamatosság biztosítója — a hálózat funkcionális felépítettségc tölti ki tartalommal a településhálózat funkcioná- lis szerkezetét. Ezek, az egymással bonyolult kölcsönkapcsolati rendszerben álló funk- ciók, mint a társadalom alapvető „életjelenségei", mindegyikének sajátos térbeli rendje van, együttesük pedig a funkcionális hálózat térbeli rendszeré- nek meghatározója. A múltbeli rendhez képest új térbeli hálózati struktúra kialakítását, azaz az adott térségnek a maga meglévő igényeihez való formálását tükrözi a településhálózat szerkezete. A településhálózat funkcionális szerkezetének aránytalanságai — azaz a közeli és régmúltból öröklött egyenlőtlen gazdasági fejlettség — miatt, a ter- mészeti erőforrások adta területi pontenciáltól nem kellő -

CE/MTN/P1/En 1 PROTOCOL 1 on TRADE BETWEEN the COMMUNITY and MONTENEGRO in PROCESSED AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
PROTOCOL 1 ON TRADE BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY AND MONTENEGRO IN PROCESSED AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS CE/MTN/P1/en 1 ARTICLE 1 1. The Community and Montenegro apply to processed agricultural products the duties, listed in Annex I and Annex II respectively in accordance with the conditions mentioned therein, whether limited by quota or not. 2. The Stabilisation and Association Council shall decide on: (a) extensions of the list of processed agricultural products under this Protocol, (b) amendments to the duties referred to in Annexes I and II, (c) increases in or the abolition of tariff quotas. 3. The Stabilisation and Association Council may replace the duties established by this Protocol by a regime established on the basis of the respective market prices of the Community and Montenegro of agricultural products actually used in the manufacture of processed agricultural products subject to this Protocol. CE/MTN/P1/en 2 ARTICLE 2 The duties applied pursuant to Article 1 may be reduced by decision of the Stabilisation and Association Council: (a) when in trade between the Community and Montenegro the duties applied to the basic products are reduced, or (b) in response to reductions resulting from mutual concessions relating to processed agricultural products. The reductions provided for under point (a) shall be calculated on the part of the duty designated as the agricultural component which shall correspond to the agricultural products actually used in the manufacture of the processed agricultural products in question and deducted from the duties applied to these basic agricultural products. ARTICLE 3 The Community and Montenegro shall inform each other of the administrative arrangements adopted for the products covered by this Protocol. -

AGREEMENT BETWEEN AUSTRALIA AND THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY ON TRADE IN WINE AU/CE/en 1 AUSTRALIA, of the one part, and THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY, hereinafter called "the Community", of the other part, hereinafter called "the Contracting Parties", DESIROUS of improving conditions for the favourable and harmonious development of trade and the promotion of commercial cooperation in the wine sector on the basis of equality, mutual benefit and reciprocity, RECOGNISING that the Contracting Parties desire to establish closer links in the wine sector to help facilitate trade between the Contracting Parties, HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS: AU/CE/en 2 ARTICLE 1 Objectives The Contracting Parties agree, on the basis of non-discrimination and reciprocity, to facilitate and promote trade in wine originating in the Community and in Australia on the conditions provided for in this Agreement. ARTICLE 2 Scope and coverage This Agreement applies to wines falling under heading 22.04 of the Harmonized System of the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity, Description and Coding System, done at Brussels on 14 June 19831.. 1 ATS 1988 No 30 (without Annex); UNTS 1503 p. 168 (with Annex). En continuant la D110, on accède au col de Taurize, d’où les vues sur la vallée sont superbes. En redescendant de l’autre côté du col, on passe à Molières-sur-l’Alberte. Prenez le temps de vous garer sur la départementale pour visiter le plus petit hameau de France, dont les berges ont été magnifiquement aménagées. Quelques kilomètres plus loin, ne ratez pas l’embranchement qui part sur la gauche de la route. Suivez la piste forestière jusqu’à l’abbaye de Rieunette, nichée au fond de la forêt, habitée par quelques sœurs. 2 Labastide-en-Val, plateau de Lacamp , Labastide-en-Val est un village partagé en deux par le ruisseau de l’Alzou. Remarquer le pont romain jouxtant l'église. Continuer la D114 sur 1 kilomètre. Prendre la première piste sur votre gauche. Celle-ci vous mène à un petit plan d’eau où il fait bon pique-niquer ou se baigner. -
