This Special Temporary Authorization is granted upon the express condition that it may be terminated by the Commission at any time without advance notice or hearing if in its discretion the need for such action arises. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a finding by the Commission that the authority herein granted is or will be in the public interest beyond the express terms hereof. This Special Temporary Authorization shall not vest in the grantee any right to operate the station nor any right in the use of the frequencies designated in the authorization beyond the term hereof, nor in any other manner than authorized herein. Neither the authorization nor the right granted hereunder shall be assigned or otherwise transferred in violation of the Communications Act of 1934. This authorization is subject to the right of use of control the Government of the United States conferred by Section 706 of the Communications Act of 1934. Special Temporary Authority is hereby granted to operate the apparatus described below: Purpose Of Operation: The purpose of this STA operation is to coordinate wireless production activities at televised sports competitions and other activities of national significance. (4) This frequency assignment in one of the bands 1435-1525, 2310-2320, and 2345-2390 MHz was coordinated prior to authorization with the Area Frequency Coordinator (AFC), who also coordinated it, as appropriate, with the Aerospace and Flight Test Radio Coordinating Council. Use of this frequency under the authority of this assignment is subject to such further coordination with the AFC, as necessary to ensure compatibility with existing uses. (5) Operation the frequency band 1435-1525 MHz and 2310-2390 MHz in Ft.Worth, TX requires coordination with Lockheed/Martin (Mr. Gail Buerkle 817-763-3619) and Bell Helicopter (Mr. Mark Stoufflet 817-280-7984) prior to commencing operations. (6) Licensee must follow all Aerospace and Flight Test Radio Coordinating Council (AFTRCC) restrictions prior to operation. Page 6 of 6.

Stevens and Busch clinched their second Cup Series title together at the most reason Championship 4 season finale last November at Homestead-Miami Speedway, where Busch led a race-high 120 laps and crossed the finish line a comfortable 4.5 seconds ahead of his JGR teammate Martin Truex Jr. Coupled with their 2015 championship together, Stevens became just the 15th crew chief in Cup Series history to win multiple championships, tying him with a virtual who’s who of history-making crew chiefs including Greg Zipadelli, Jeff Hammond, Andy Petree, Tim Brewer and Smokey Yunick with two titles apiece. Stevens’ and Busch’s 27 wins together is the most during the last five Cup Series seasons, the next-closest duo being driver Kevin Harvick and crew chief Rodney Childers, who won 21 races in that time and 26 wins together since their first and only championship season in 2014.
