Na osnovu Sporazuma o međusobnoj saradnji u postupku informisanja domaćih i stranih pravnih ili fizičkih lica zainteresovanih za izdavanje saglasnosti, odnosno energetskih dozvola, zaključenog između Ministarstva energetike, razvoja i zaštite životne sredine Republike Srbije (u daljem tekstu: Ministarstvo) i opština, odnosno gradova (u daljem tekstu: JLS), Ministarstvo upućuje svim zainteresovanim domaćim i stranim pravnim i fizičkim licima OBAVEŠTENJE o lokacijama koje su prostornim planovima jedinica lokalne samouprave predviđene za izgradnju energetskih objekata za proizvodnju električne energije, na bazi vodnih resursa I Predmet ovog obaveštenja su podaci o: - slobodnim lokacijama koje su prostornim planovima JLS predviđene za izgradnju energetskih objekata za proizvodnju električne energije, na bazi vodnih resursa (prema trenutno dostupnim tehničkim podacima), i - propisanim zakonskim uslovima i postupku za dobijanje saglasnosti (objekti snage manje od 1 MW), energetskih dozvola (objekti snage od 1 MW i više). Takođe predmet obaveštenja su i bitni podaci o JLS na čijoj teritoriji se nalaze predmetne lokacije (kontakt osoba, položaj osobe, e-pošta, broj telefona/faksa, adresa itd.).
