Regional Development: Code-Share Agreement Between Air Madagascar and Air Seychelles Regional development: Code-share agreement between Air Madagascar and Air Seychelles Air Madagascar will now benefit from direct flights to the Seychelles on the departure of Antananarivo - and vice versa, through a sharing agreement codes signed between Air Madagascar and Air Seychelles. According to the terms of this new agreement, Air Madagascar Will commercialize , with flight number and code " MD " the connection operated by Air Seychelles between international airport of Ivato to Antananarivo and the Seychelles international airport, Mahe. Under this agreement, code-sharing between the two companies will be effective from the January 3, 2015. Flights between the two islands will be operated as follows : Flight Flight Routes Departure Arrival Frequencies number number HM MD HM754 MD120 Antananarivo -Mahé 15H 18h35 Wednesday et saturday HM755 MD121 Mahé - 09h20 10h55 Wednesday Antananarivo et saturday The flight of Air Seychelles is operated by an airbus A320 configured in a two-class capacity with a total capacity of 136 seats. For the summer season of 2015, it is expected that this code sharing will be extended to other connections beyond Mahé and Antananarivo. It is, as well as news destinations such as Abu Dhabi or Bombay will be added very soon to the regional network of Air Madagascar. This agreement comes within the framework of the regional development strategy of Air Madagascar. In particular, it enables the opening of a new destination with the support of a strategic partner in the Indian Ocean, while contributing to the development of the traffic in the Islands Vanilla. it allows including the opening of a new destination thanks to the support of a strategic partner in the Indian Ocean, while contributing to the development of traffic in the Islands vanilla. This partnership also allows to offer new products to the European and Asian markets via the hub of Antananarivo .

(2) In accordance with Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005, some Member States and the European Aviation Safety Agency (‘EASA’) communicated to the Commission information that is relevant in the context of updating that Union list. Relevant information was also communicated by certain third countries. On the basis of that information and the verifications carried out by the Commission, the Union list should now be updated. (3) The Commission informed all air carriers concerned, either directly or through the authorities responsible for their regulatory oversight, about the essential facts and considerations which would form the basis for a decision to impose on them an operating ban within the Union or to modify the conditions of an operating ban imposed on an air carrier which is included in the Union list.
