Estimated to Be Worth a Combined $1.9 Million in That Document Filed 20-CI-00248 01/21/2020 Vincent Riggs, Fayette Circuit Clerk Exhibit P Presiding Judge: HON. KIMBERLY BUNNELL (622203) 000001 of 000003 EXH : 000001 of 000003 Filed 20-CI-00248 01/21/2020 Vincent Riggs, Fayette Circuit Clerk Filed 20-CI-00248 01/21/2020 Vincent Riggs, Fayette Circuit Clerk Broodmares Sale Consigner AZ Notes All the Broodmares will be pointed to the biggest broodmare sale the Keeneland November sale 2020. Our rationale is that we will foal the babies they are carrying between January-May this year and will have an extra weanling to be added to the collateral. These weanlings will be sold along with their mares in this sale. The mares will be bred back to appealing stallions as well. We will be making our breeding plans in January as the breeding season starts Feb 15. The November 2019 broodmare sale was a soft market with no buyers. We are hoping that was due to the fear of the collapse of Phoenix Thoroughbred Fund, as well as the noise with Santa Anita this past year and the public perception around the sport. The industry has taken a new direction of reforming itself. We believe it will all be resolved. We will discuss more in the meeting. We are trying to look at what would we put as the appropriate reserve as a backstop. These ranges are if they market is favorable. We tried to be realistic about these values. These are where we think Zayat Stables will get paid after paying it's obligations to MGG and Cedarview. As you can understand, this is performance based but the general philosophy and thesis is to get the Two Year Olds (turning 3yo Jan 1) to win an impressively and than run them in a Derby prep races which is from February- April. We will try to get them sold like we have done with Gozilla with the ultimate goal to liquidate Presiding Judge: HON. KIMBERLY BUNNELL (622203) all of them 100% either as a stallion or through private sales to other stables. We envision as each horse performs we will sell off that performance. The timetable is as early as Feb to as late as August where they will be monetized partially or 100%. The values we have put are the values we believe in todays market this asset is worth. We wouldn't sell them lower knowing their potential value right now. We want to spend time in our meeting Two Year Olds Trainers to go in detail on our view and update you on each individually. WEST COAST Flatter – Caressing by Honour and Glory 2014 Bay l 16.2 Hands “An Eclipse Award winning champion, West Coast is by an outstanding sire son of A.P. Indy, out of a ChampionTwo-Year-Old Filly. West Coast earned a title as Champion Three-Year-Old Colt with five consecutive victories, four in stakes events, and ran 1-2-3 in six consecutive grade one events, including when capturing the Travers Stakes (G1) and Pennsylvania Derby (G1). He is by Flatter, a leading stallion son of A.P. Indy, and sire of more than 50 stakes winners, and out of Caressing, Champion and Breeders’ Cup (G1) winner at two.“ The offspring of West Coast will be free of Northern Dancer at four generations on their sire’s side, and Flatter has crossed well with a wide variety of broodmare sires from that line. The cross with mares from the Danzig branch of Northern Dancer has been particulary productive with seven stakes winners, including graded stakes winners Classic Point and Mad Flatter out of mares by Langfuhr and Honor Grades (who gives inbreeding to the dam of A.P. Indy), and there are also stakes winners out of mares by War Front – who appears particularly interesting here, giving inbreeding to Relaunch and a full-sister – Danzig Connection, Ghazi and Military (who would be intriguing here).

THURSDAY, MAY 6, 2021 AMERICAN PHAROAH, SUPER TRAINERS IN CALIFORNIA: THE STORY IN NUMBERS PLETCHER, FISHER 2021 by Dan Ross Over the years, the rise of the so-called super trainer has INDUCTEES INTO HOF prompted many a clutched pearl by virtue of a perceived monopoly on the sport. Anecdotally, it can certainly appear as though the same few names wield an outsized impact. But what does the data say? The TDN has crunched the numbers in California from 2007 onward. This is far from a comprehensive overview of the situation, and what emerges is a picture that can be viewed from multiple angles. On the one hand, the numbers suggest that the biggest stables in the state have indeed consolidated their positions at the top during a long period of market contraction. Yet at the same time, other indicators afford tentative encouragement for the smaller players.
