The rules of racing adopted by the Louisiana State Racing Commission in effect at the time the race is run, govern all races run under the auspices of the Fair Grounds Corporation. Entries to these stakes are received only with the understanding that the officers of the Corporation reserve the right to refuse the The Louisiana Futurity entry or the acceptance of a transfer of an entry for any cause and without notice to the subscriber. Such entries will on the agreement of the subscriber that they be received only with the understanding and 2020 provisions that the Racing Rules form a part of and govern the contract. No entry will be received except upon this condition: That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing or with respect to the interpretation of the conditions of any stake shall be decided by the Stewards of this Corporation, or those whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final.

In all stakes, acceptance must be made through entry box at usual time of closing entries.

Fair Grounds Corporation reserves the right to divide this race including both the added monies and all nominating and starting fees in the event there is a greater number of starters than the track can ac- commodate. If the race is divided, the Fair Grounds Corporation reserves the right to divide this race by sexes if the number in each group warrants it, and the divisions may be run on separate days, if the corporation desires.

If after the division of sexes, there is still a greater number of starters than the track can accommodate, Fair Grounds Corporation reserves the right to divide these races and, if necessary, run the divisions on separate days.

Winner or non-winner of a stated sum means winner or non-winner of a single race of that value to the first horse.

Horses penalized in a race shall not be entitled to any of the allowances in such race.

Horses not entitled to the first allowance in a race shall not be entitled to the second, and if not to the Fee to Accompany the Nomination second, then to no subsequent allowance. The Fair Grounds Corporation reserves the right to cancel this stake at any time prior to the actual running thereof, without liability, except for the return of the nomination and eligibility fees.
