    PRESS RELEASE For immediate release MAAZEL: MAHLER CYCLE 2011 London’s only complete Mahler symphony cycle led by a single conductor 2011 is a year of major worldwide Mahler celebrations and the Philharmonia Orchestra is marking this event by bringing Lorin Maazel, one of the world’s finest Mahlerians, to London to perform a heroic one-man journey through all ten Mahler symphonies and four major orchestral song cycles over ten concerts from April-October 2011. Maazel and the Philharmonia presented the first complete Mahler symphony cycle in London 33 years ago, in 1978-9. This series also includes concerts in Basingstoke, Bristol, Gateshead, Hull, Manchester and Warwick, a 13-concert tour to France, Germany, Italy and Luxembourg and a tour of the Far East in spring 2012. As the only full symphony cycle in London taking place with a single conductor, this promises to be a very special exploration of the work of the great composer.     Full Year 2013 Results - Record Performance • Concert Attendance Up 19% - Total Ticketmaster 400 Million Fans Delivering Over $17 Billion GTV • 900 Million Fans Visit Ticketmaster, Creating User Database of 250 Million Fan Preferences • Revenue Up 11% to $6.5 Billion • AOI Increased 10% to $505 Million • Moved to Profitability in Operating Income off $140 Million • Reported Net Income Improved by $120 Million TO OUR STOCKHOLDERS: 2013 Results We had a record year in 2013 and are well positioned for continued growth in 2014 and beyond. During 2013, we further grew our unmatched concerts global fan base by 10 million fans, attracting almost 60 million fans to our concerts. This tremendous growth fueled our sponsorship and ticketing businesses with Ticketmaster managing nearly 4400 million total tickets in 2013. Combined, we delivered a record year for revenue, AOI and free cash flow. Our results demonstrate the effectiveness of our business model, establishing Live Nation as what we believe to be the number one player in each of our businesses, with concerts driving our flywheel, which is then monetized across our high margin on-site, sponsorship and ticketing businesses. Strong Fan Demand for Live Events We continue to see the tremendous power of live events, with strong global consumer demand. Research shows that live events are a high priority for discretionary spending, and over 80% of our fans surveyed indicate that they plan on attending the same or more events in 2014 as in 2013. Another sign of the strength of our business is that 85% of Live Nation’s fan growth came organically, from our promoting more shows in amphitheaters, arenas and stadiums; from launching new festivals; and from establishing operatioons in new markets.

First, it provides a detailed account of the historical sources and the data collection process. Second, it explains the structure of the database and the coding that was used to enter the data. Finally, the strengths and weaknesses of the database are discussed and its potential for future research is highlighted. Besonders erfreulich: Die drei Finalisten sowie Langstreckenläuferin Sabrina Mockenhaupt werden auch bei der Live- Tour mittanzen. Mit Oliver Pocher, der bereits vor zwei Wochen seine Teilnahme verkündete, sind aktuell fünf Stars beim großen Live-Abenteuer dabei. In den nächsten Wochen erwartet die Zuschauer noch einige Überraschungen, denn mehrere Bestätigungen stehen noch aus. Es bleibt also spannend! Das Finale sorgte für viele Überraschungen. Beim Tanzabend der großen Gefühle mussten die drei Finalisten je drei Tänze präsentieren (Jurytanz, Lieblingstanz, Freestyle). Außerdem gab es ein Wiedersehen mit den bereits ausgeschiedenen Paaren und ihren Lieblingstänzen. Und beim Sondertanz der Profitänzer tanzte Oliver Pocher unter dem Motto „Tanzen ist mein Leben" ein Medley zu „Dirty Dancing" und „Flashdance" und gab alles. The blessing of the trays, the street decorations, the quilts in the windows and the throwing of flowers over the procession of the trays carried by hundreds of young girls on their heads, is an unforgettable sight. The Procession of the Tabuleiros, heralded by pipers and fireworks, is led by the Banner of the Holy Ghost and the three Crowns of the Emperors and Kings. They are followed by the Banners and Crowns from all the parishes, and the girls carrying the trays. In the rear are the cartloads of bread, meat and wine, pulled by the symbolic sacrificial oxen, with golden horns and sashes. The girls who carry the trays have to wear long white dresses with a coloured sash across the chest.
