I have been extending full co-operation with the a) Design of Curriculum : department in suggesting changes in courses content and modification required in syllabus. I follow learner – centered method in my teaching, b) Teaching methods : considering the barriers, obstacles in the learning process. I follow suitable method to the slow learners and the gifted students. Demonstration on Experiments based on Industrial c) Laboratory experiments : application, problems solving ability in accordance with the syllabus, questionnaires and conducting viva-voce. My evaluation method is to rectify the weaknesses of the students helping them in finding where they are lacking and to correct their weaknesses forthwith. Apart from conducting regular tests (Seminars, Assignments, class practical model test, periodical model test) students observation are tested by getting their feedback regularly.
