In case of discrepancies between the Italian text and the English translation, the Italian version prevails. Furthermore, it promotes all services which contribute to establishing the best living and studying conditions for students. The present Application Requirements and Regulations concern the following scholarships and services: - Scholarships (l.r. 33/2004) - Additional aid for internships and international mobility programs: • International exchange, Master MIM-Cems, Double/Joint Degree and Themis • Campus Abroad • International Internships • External internships in Italian public institutions Item 2 – SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS All students who meet the merit and financial condition requirements as specified in the Application Requirements and Regulations may apply for scholarships on condition that: . They have been admitted for enrollment at Bocconi or have applied for admission to Università Bocconi for the 2012/13 academic year for a Bachelor degree program, a Combined Bachelor and Master of Science program (five years), a Master of Science Program or a PhD program; Or: . They are enrolled for the 2012/13 academic year (for the second or subsequent years of study) in a Bachelor degree program, a Combined Bachelor and Master of Science program (five years), a Master of Science program or a PhD program at Università Bocconi. The following students cannot request scholarships: . Any students who have previously received a degree – in Italy or abroad – which is equal to or superior to the degree program for which scholarships and services are requested; . Any students who were previously enrolled in degree programs which are equal to or superior to the degree program for which scholarships and services are requested; . Any students who, having enrolled in a Combined Bachelor and Master of Science program, have already received a quadrennial degree which is higher than the Bachelor level; . Any students enrolled in the second or subsequent years “fuori corso”, after a regular study period. ISU Bocconi grants are available to students whose economic conditions are within the maximum limits indicated by the Lombardy Region and specified in the present Application Requirements and Regulations. 4 In particular, the following conditions will be evaluated: - assets and income earned in Italy: based on I.S.E.E./I.S.E.E.U. indicators for income and assets of the household family for the year 2011, and the related I.S.P.E.U. (university equivalent assets situation) and I.S.E.E.U. (university equivalent financial situation) indicators. The I.S.E.E.U. documentation is required in cases of assets or income produced abroad or when there are brothers or sisters of the household family who have earned income in the given year or earned assets as of December 31, 2011. The I.S.E.E./I.S.E.E.U is calculated as described in Item 8.3 of these Application Requirements and Regulations. - assets or income earned in countries outside of Italy: based on the specific documentation found in paragraph 8.6: “Evaluation of the financial and assets status of international students”. Students who apply for scholarships must have for 2011, in relation to their household, both: . an indicator of the university equivalent assets situation – I.S.P.E.U – not greater than € 33,960.46; . an indicator of the university equivalent financial situation – I.S.E.E.U – not greater than € 20,124.71. The I.S.E.E./I.S.E.E.U. certification can be requested at any C.A.A.F. You can also request services from ASSOCAAF - Via Salaino, 10 Milano. To make an appointment call: 02 48537477. It is also possible to simulate the I.S.E.E. calculation, whose value is just an indication and doesn't substitute certification, online at http://www.inps.it/Servizi/isee; Item 3 – FORFEITURE AND REVOCATION OF SCHOLARSHIPS Only students properly enrolled for the 2012/13 academic year may receive scholarships and services, except when otherwise indicated in these Application Requirements and Regulations. Please note that in order to be properly enrolled, the first installment of university tuition and fees must have been paid and registered in the student’s financial log, and the student must have enrolled through the relevant online procedures. Students who have not been enrolled at Università Bocconi by 30 September 2012 will not be considered eligible to obtain scholarships according to the temporary ranking, but they can be reentered into the final ranking once enrollment has been completed and upon presentation of a request to review their application by the set deadline. The right to ISU Bocconi scholarships is forfeited if the student: . where required, fails to present to ISU Bocconi any original documentation needed for checking the authenticity of the self-certifications produced, sending it by registered mail (Raccomandata r.r.) within the deadline; in such cases, the measures foreseen in cases of false declarations will be applied; . withdraws from their studies, or graduates, during the course of the year; . transfers to another university during the course of the year. ISU Bocconi scholarships will also be revoked, with a specific communication from the ISU Bocconi Director, if the student receiving scholarships: . incurs disciplinary sanctions greater than a written warning for infringement of Università Bocconi regulations; . declares irregular household financial conditions (please see Item 6 regarding the verification of financial conditions and related administrative consequences); . fails to meet merit requirements as foreseen by these Application Requirements and Regulations. 5 Regarding forfeiture and suspension of services, please note that: . students must collect the amount by 31 December 2013, on penalty of forfeiting the payment. For this purpose, applicants must communicate their bank account details when filling-out the on-line application ; . students in debt to Università Bocconi will have their access to free or reduced- rate meals automatically suspended, as well as incurring the suspension of all administrative and academic procedures regarding both ISU and the University, until their administrative position is regularized. Item 4 – RESULTS AND STUDENTS RANKING: ELIGIBLE STUDENTS WHO RECEIVE SCHOLARSHIPS AND ELIGIBLE STUDENTS WHO DO NOT RECEIVE SCHOLARSHIPS Applications presented within the deadlines stated in the present Application Requirements and Regulations will be analyzed by ISU Bocconi, and those students who fulfill the necessary requirements will be included in the ranking.
