ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374) RESTRICTED ZONES IN In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 7 June 2002, the following sections in Sham Shui Po will be designated restricted zones as stipulated below:— (A) 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily restricted zone (except Sundays and Public Holidays) (a) The western kerbside lane of Hing Wah Street from a point about 10 metres south of its junction with Road to the same junction. (B) 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. restricted zones daily (except Sundays and Public Holidays) (a) The northern kerbside lane of from a point about 15 metres east of its junction with Kom Tsun Street to its junction with Tung Chau West Street; (b) The southern kerbside lane of Castle Peak Road from a point about 15 metres east of its junction with Tung Chau West Street to a point about 5 metres east of its junction with Kom Tsun Street; (c) The northern kerbside lane of Castle Peak Road from a point about 50 metres west of its junction with Tai Nan West Street to a point about 10 metres east of the same junction; (d ) The northern kerbside lane of Castle Peak Road from a point about 20 metres east of its junction with to its junction with Tsap Fai Street; (e) The southern kerbside lane of Castle Peak Road between Fuk Wa Street and Fuk Wing Street; ( f ) The western kerbside lane of Cheung Lai Street between Road and Cheung Yee Street; (g) The section of Cheung Lai Street between Cheung Yee Street and ; (h) The northern kerbside lane of eastbound from its junction with Tung Chau West Street to a point about 20 metres east of its junction with Tai Nan West Street; (i) The southern kerbside lane of Cheung Sha Wan Road westbound from its junction with Cheung Lai Street to a point about 160 metres west of the same junction; ( j) The southern kerbside lane of Cheung Yee Street between Tai Nan West Street and Cheung Lai Street; (k) The western kerbside lane of Fuk Wa Street (excluding parking spaces) from a point about 60 metres south of its junction with Castle Peak Road to the same junction; (l) The eastern kerbside lane of Hing Wah Street from a point about 10 metres north of its junction with Lai Chi Kok Road to the same junction; (m) The eastern kerbside lane of Hing Wah Street from a point about 10 metres north of its junction with Lai Chi Kok Road to the same junction; (n) The northern kerbside lane of Lai Chi Kok Road eastbound (excluding bus bay) from a point about 120 metres west of its junction with Hing Wah Street to its junction with Fat Tseung Street; (o) The southern kerbside lane of Lai Chi Kok Road westbound between Fat Tseung Street and Hing Wah Street; ( p) The section of Tai Nan West Street between Castle Peak Road and Wing Hong Street; (q) The eastern kerbside lane of Tai Nan West Street from its junction with Cheung Sha Wan Road to a point about 25 metres north of the same junction; (r) The section of Tai Nan West Street from its junction with Cheung Yee Street to a point about 10 metres north of its junction with Lai Chi Kok Road; (s) The eastern kerbside lane of Tung Chau West Street between Cheung Sha Wan Road and Castle Peak Road; (t) The western kerbside lane of Tung Chau West Street from a point about 5 metres north of its junction with Cheung Sha Wan Road to its junction with Castle Peak Road; (u) The section of Yee Kuk West West Street (excluding public light bus stand) between Wing Hong Street and Castle Peak Road; and (v) The western kerbside lane of Yu Chau West Street between Wing Hong Street and Castle Peak Road. (C) 7.00 a.m. to 12 midnight public light bus restricted zones (except Sundays and Public Holidays) (a) The eastern kerbside lane of Tung Chau West Street between Cheung Sha Wan Road and Castle Peak Road; and (b) The western kerbside lane of Tung Chau West Street from a point about 5 metres north of its junction with Cheung Sha Wan Road to its junction with Castle Peak Road. Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:— (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or (b) loading or unloading goods. The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs. At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
