On 20 February, the Enterprise Hub held the first event in a series celebrating its fifth anniversary.

The event was an opportunity to reflect on what the Hub has achieved, and to set out its vision for the future. Twenty Hub members showcased their innovations to over 100 attendees. 2017 Christmas card competition

The Academy has collaborated with the Royal Air Force (RAF) to create Aiming for Awesome, a teaching resource that brings 100 years of RAF engineering to life.

The resource will help celebrate the RAF centenary in classrooms across the UK. Teams from both organisations combined their expertise to create 10 different STEM challenges for teachers to set for pupils. The challenges reflect some of the key engineering innovations that have enabled the RAF to shape the modern world and protect UK skies for 100 years.
