1.0 INTRODUCTION & BACKGROUND The mining scheme with progressive mine closure plan of Bhacheriya Quartz, Feldspar & Mica area (ML No.-18/2001, Mineral- Quartz, Feldspar & Mica, Area- 4.8180 hectare), Near village- Bhacheriya, Tehsil- Deogarh, District- Rajsamand, (Rajasthan) has been prepared on behalf of M/s Aurum Granite R/o- Village- Bhacheriya, Tehsil- Deogarh & District- Rajsamand (Rajasthan) (here in after called 'Lessee').

The lease was sanctioned in favour of Shri Paras Mal Jain R/o- Beawar, District- Ajmer (Rajasthan) for minerals quartz, feldspar & mica area of 4.8180 hectares vide govt. order no.-DMG/Amet/CC-7/P-1/1/18/2001/2306, on dated 14-06-2007 for a period of 30 years from date of lease registration. The lease deed was executed on 06-10-2007 & registered on dated 09-10-2007 (see enclosed annexure no.-I). Later on lease period further extend 30 to 50 years sanction as per rule new central govt. notification. Finally the lease period is valid from 09-10-2007 to 50 years i.e. upto 08-10-2057. Later on transfer sanctioned letter issues from ADM (Mines), Udaipur Zone vide letter no. ADM/Udaipur zone/Minor/amet/ml18/2001/850 dated 28-7-2017. Transfer deed execution & registry dated 27-10-2017 see annex. no. VIII. The lessee applied granite mineral inclusion application into above lease area at Amet mining office & LOI issues from DMG vide letter no.-DMG/Amet/CC-3/samawesh/P-1(1)18/2001/1177, on dated 20-4-2018 to lessee for prepare modified mining plan with progressive mine closure plan for inclusion of the area see enclosed annexure no.-I-A.

The Mining plan was approved under rule 22 of M.C.R. 1960 by IBM Udaipur letter no.- 682 (23) (525)/2007 MCCM (N) UDP, on dated 06-6-2007 & expire on 2011-2012. Later on Scheme of mining with progressive mine closure plan was approved under rule (s) 12 (3) & 23 (B) of MCDR-1988 vide IBM Udaipur letter no.-682 (23) 575/2007 MCCM (N) UDP, on dated 02-08-2012 & expire on 2016-2017. Later on scheme of mining with progressive mine closure plan was approved under rule 29 (10) & 5 (vi) of RMMCR-2017 vide letter no.-SME/Raj-Cir/Mining Plan/Scheme/Raj-Amet/F-41/2017/3488, on dated 20- 4-2017 refer enclosed annexure no.-VI & expiry on 2021-2022. This modified mining scheme with progressive mine closure plan is prepared for inclusion of mineral granite under Minor mineral rule 29 [5 (vi)] & (7) of RMMCR-2017 for remaining four years as per block period start from 2018-19 to 2021-2022. Granite mining is start after inclusion ridder agreement / obtain consent to operate, otherwise quartz & feldspar mining continuously work.

The lessee having experience of Quartz, Feldspar & Granite mineral trading, on the basis of past experience, field visit and available information from this and surrounding areas of the region, reserve of 659213 tonnes of Quartz, 163979 tonnes of Feldspar & 824 tonnes of Mica waste & 1915880 tonnes of grainite (all grades & size) has been estimated. The method of mining is proposed open cast semi-mechanized mining. During the plan period it is proposed to reach the production levels of production levels of 20824 tonnes of Quartz, 5180 tonnes Feldspar & 26 tonnes of Mica & 80000 tonnes of granite, all grade & sizes (end of fifth year).

Further he intends to mine this mineral by scientific and safe method. No any National Park & forest sanctuary etc. existing within distance of 10 Km. from lease area see refer key plan plate no.-2. Lessee will also immediately inform to concerning office, if in future any changes to in name/ address/ partnership during pendency of approval.

3.0 DETAILS OF APPROVED MINING PLAN/ SCHEME OF MINING (if any) 3.1 Date and reference of earlier approved MP/SOM: The Mining plan was approved under rule 22 of M.C.R. 1960 by IBM Udaipur letter no.-682 (23) (525)/2007 MCCM (N) UDP, on dated 06-6-2007 & expire on 2011-2012. 3.2 Details of last modifications if any (for the previous approved period) of approved MP/ SOM, indicating date of approval, reason for modification: No any modification of MP/SOM. 3.3 Review of earlier approved proposal (if any) in respect of exploration, excavation, reclamation etc. As per proposal made in the Mining Scheme with PMCP, exploration during proceeding implemented (2017-18) one years also proposed as follows: (i). Exploration:

PART - A 1.0 GEOLOGY AND EXPLORATION a) Briefly describes the topography, drainage pattern, vegetation, and climate & rainfall data of the mining lease area.

The area for which mining scheme has been prepared is having rocky & hilly terrain. It comprises of soil with scree, Pegmatite, granite gneisses rocks etc. The maximum height in this area is 630mRL and the lower most is 615mRL. The nearest FRP is Temple of /Ramdeo N/W of village Bhacheriya. The water flow in the area is SE direction. There is no any River/ Nallah flowing out site of the area (refer plate no.-2). The mine does not fall in any forest or reserve forest area. There are scattered trees found in the area, which is shown on surface plan (plate no-3). The main crops of the nearby area are Wheat, Gram, and Maize etc. The benchmark of lease area is 615mRL (i.e. pillar D), which is shown on surface plan on plate no.-3.The climate of the region is of semi arid type. Temperature reaches upto 450 to 480C in peak summer & minimum upto 50 to 100 C in winter. The average rainfall of the region is about 500-600 mm per years.

b) Brief descriptions of Regional Geology with reference to location of lease area.

Regionally the rock in & around Bhacheriya area comprises Bhilwara Super Group intruded by pegmatite body of Post Delhi age. Regional rock type of the area is migmatite, gneiss and other associated rock type included quartzite, hornblende schist, amphibolite schist, granite gneiss, cale-gneisses and mica schist etc. Pegmatite is intrusive rock. Quartz and feldspar occur in pegmatite rock & blockable granite extracted from granite gneisses. c) Detailed description of geology of the lease area.

Geologically the area comprises rocks belonging to Shambhugarh formation of Sandmata complex of Bhilwara Super Group represented by augen-gneisses, granite gneisses these have been intruded by pegmatites & quartz veins. These are intruded by pegmatites. Partly area is covered by soil. Pegmatite & Granite gneiss are exposed within the area. Quartz and feldspar occur in pegmatite rock & blockable granite extracted from granite gneisses. The litho- units are striking NE-SW and dipping almost 750 to 800 due SE directions. The individual description of each rock type and mineral are as follows (refer plate no.-4 & 5).

Description of rock type: Soil with Scree:- It is located lower portion of the area & below weathered granite gneisses exposed (Please refers plate no.-4 & 5). Thickness of soil with scree is 1.0 m. to 1.5m.

Pegmatite: Pegmatite rock is distributed in form of veins. The trend of pegmatite rock is concordant i.e. parallel to parental rock and including nearly to vertical. Pegmatite mainly consists of Feldspar, Quartz and Mica. Pegmatite found in area is rich in light to dark pink Feldspar, White to snow white Quartz and Muscovite. Chemical analysis is enclosed as annex. no. 3-A to 3-C & hardness 6 to 7 and specific gravity 2.6. Pegmatite mainly composed of pinkish colour feldspar at some place it is associated with quartz and at some places feldspar occurs as separate patches. Feldspar found in this area is whitish & pinkish in colour, having good prismatic cleavages & hardness 6, IBD 2.6 and luster vitreous. Chemical analysis is enclosed as annexure no.-III-B. Quartz found in this area is white to light gray in colour of hardness 7 and specific gravity 2.6. Chemical analysis is enclosed as annexure no.-III-A. No other structural disturbances were observed in the area.

Granite gneiss: It is country rock within and around the lease area. It is exposed almost of the area. It shows straight banding with parallel arrangement of hornblende or biotite alternating with fine-grained quartzo-feldspathic material. It is medium to coarse-granied, hard, massive, porophyritic in texture & grey to blackish grey in color with long feldspar phenocryst of rectangular to semi-rounded in shape. These granites occur as sheet form, small to medium height mounds, torrs etc. At places joints were also observed, which were spaces at 5.0 mm to 5.0 m with varying trends. It is hard, massive & compact, well spaced joints and shows suitable for making dimensional stone. It is highly metamorphosed rock. As per physical observation blocks and khandda may be extracted from the area. Trial sample sawed and polished shows good commercial aspects. On the surface it generally exhibit weathered rock. Blockble granite is exposed below weathered rock, which is clearly seen nearby the working mines, depth persistence was observed (refer plate no.-4). It is coarse grained texture and porphyroblasts of microcline and perthite. At places inter foliated injection of quartz and quartzo-feldspathic material within the mica schist has resulted in the formation of veined and streaky gneisses (refer geological plan at plate no.-4). The general strike of gneisses is NW-SE with 750 to 800 due SE dips.

FOR QUARTZ & FELDSPAR RESERVES DETAILS: Reserve estimation: Reserves of the area are estimated as per UNFC parameters. Three limits are demarked depending on the exploration carried out. The three limits are UNFC- 111 reserve (Proved reserves), UNFC-121+122 reserve (Probable reserve) and UNFC-211 reserve (Possible reserve). As per field geological mapping the quartz, feldspar & mica are associated within the pegmatite ore body (PG) so that first we are demarcated pegmatite ore body i.e. mineralization zone. The reserve of the pegmatite ore body (PG) is calculated. Pegmatite out crops exposed all site of hilly area, so that entire out crops is considered as mineralization zone which is marked refer surface geological plan plate no.-4. This pegmatite comprises of quartz & feldspar mineral. The mineral from pegmatite ore (ROM) considered 90% & 10% mineral reject i.e. 5: 5% (mineral waste/ sub grade). Further mineral ratio of Quartz, Feldspar & Mica waste is 80:19.9:0.1% considered. It is basis of field observation of nearby the running mines & surface out crops of the pegmatite rock. The bulk density of pegmatite is 2.6% considered. The details of reserves category are given below:- A. Proved mineral (UNFC-111) reserve): The reserve of entire pegmatite ore body (PG) is considered up to 20m. in depth from the surface level is categories under UNFC-111 category based on the following parameters: Five pegmatite out crops delineated in the area, so that entire area is considered as mineralization zone which is marked refer surface geological plan plate no.-4. a. Economic axis: i. Detailed exploration- Mineral is proved within out crops of the pegmatite ore body. Depth of the deposit confirmed nearby the running mining activity & nearby the well in which presence of minerals can be noticed up to in depth 20 m. All mining lease granted same strike direction. ii. Mining reports, mining plan/scheme, working mines- The area is considered by State govt. of Rajasthan & mining scheme is prepared for submission of SME, Rajsamand circle, Rajsamand, DMG. 4 & 5 mining lease also running nearby the lease area. The mineral is proved up to 30m. in depth adjoining running mining lease & nearby the well. iii. Specific end use grade of reserves (above economic cut-off grade)- Mineral feldspar grade is ceramics, quartz grade is glass is refractory grade. It is directly supplied to in nearby grinding industries. After grinding the raw material it is directly sale to glass, ceramic & refectory industries at Gujarat state. iv. Specific knowledge of forest, non-forest and other land use data-Area is waste land see refer plate no.-3. Therefore, the UNFC code for the economic axis is E 1.

Feasibility axis: The geology of the area, method of mining, environment, processing, infrastructure, costing, marketing, economic viability & other factor etc. all details is already mentioned into mining plan. The deposit is economically feasible because of very thin overburden in the area & the ROM is directly saleable ceramic & glass industries. The method of mining, pre-production plan, manpower requirement is approximately estimated. The ore geometry is identified. Therefore, the UNFC code for the feasibility axis is F 1. c. Geological axis: i. Geological survey- a. Mapping – Surface geological plan is prepared on the scale of 1:1000 refer plate no.-4 b. Preparation of detailed topographical cum geological map-surface geological features extent of deposit is marked on plan & sections plate no.-4. ii. Geophysical & Geochemical survey- The deposit is bodies & irregular shaped so that geophysical & geochemical survey is not required. iii. Technological - Mineral is proved within out crops of the pegmatite ore body. Depth of the deposit confirmed nearby the running mining activity & nearby the well in which presence of minerals can be noticed upto in depth 20m. Therefore, the reserves of entire area of pegmatite ore body upto 20m. in depth from the surface level i.e. 600mRL is categories under UNFC-111 reserves.

Probable mineral (UNFC-121+122) reserve: The reserve of pegmatite ore body (PG) upto 10m. in depth below from probable reserve under UNFC-121+122 category based on the following parameters: As pegmatite continue below 10m. as concluded from the spot inspection & nearby the adjoining running mines see refer surface geological plan & section plate no.-4. a. Economic axis: i. Detailed exploration- Mineral is proved within out crops of the pegmatite ore body. The depth of the deposit is confirmed nearby running mining lease & well. Therefore, The UNFC code for the geological axis is G 1.

Therefore, the reserve of entire area of pegmatite ore body (PG) upto 5m. in depth below 121+122 category reserve i.e. 590-585mRL is categories under UNFC-211 reserves.

FOR GRANITE RESERVES DETAILS: Reserve estimation: Reserves of the area are estimated as per UNFC parameters. Three limits are demarked depending on the exploration carried out. The three limits are UNFC-111 reserve (Proved reserves), UNFC-121+122 reserve (Probable reserve) and UNFC-211 reserve (Possible reserve). IBD varies 2.8 to 3.0. The details of reserves category are given below:- A. UNFC-111 reserve (Proved reserve): The granite gneisses exposed almost the area & marked surface geological plan see plate no.-4. The proved reserves are considered further 20m. from the surface i.e. in depth upto 600mRL & entire granite gneisses area is categories under UNFC-111 category. In these lease area surface exposure is total waste material, hence proved limit of blockable Granite is considered below fractured/ weathered granite gneisses horizon.

B. UNFC-121 + 122 reserve (Probable reserve): The reserve of Granite below 10m. from proved reserve (from 600 to 590mRL) & entire granite gneisses exposures is categories under UNFC-121 + 122 category.

C. UNFC-211 reserve (Possible reserve): The reserve of Granite below 5m. from probable reserve (from 590 to 585mRL) & entire granite gneisses exposures is categories under UNFC-211 category.

I. Reserve estimation: Reserve for mineral blockable granite is estimated under different categories. The entire granite gneisses exposures are mineralization area, so that whole & entire granite gneisses exposures area (mineralization zone) multiplied by depth of deposit to obtain reserve in cubic meter (according to geological section). The volume thus obtain is multiplied by the IBD 2.8 (varies 2.8 to 3.0) to obtained geological reserves in tonnes. From surface recovery is variable from ROM below fractured/ weathered granite gneisses. All over present ratio of recoverable Granite are assuming 70:30 percent. Waste is assumed (30%) percentages from ROM is considered for future proposed planning. In future it may changes/varies depth to depth depends upon nature of subsurface strata. So that recovery factor is not fixed and it will depend upon the nature of rocks i.e. joints/ weathered/ fractured or massive, inter bedding/ traversing by other rocks units. 2.0 MINING A. OPEN CAST MINING a) Briefly describe the existing as well as proposed method for excavation with all design parameters indicating on plans/ sections: (i) Existing method for excavation: Design Parameters: Manual open cast mining operation will be adopted for excavation of Quartz, Feldspar & Mica waste minerals. Mineral body is exposed in the form of a small hillock. Mining will be done along the slope of the ore body to lower the mineral horizon in single benches of 3.0 m. height, as well as width. The excavation will be done with help of jack hammer drilling & blasting. All other operation such as sizing into small lumps, sorting of iron contaminated pieces, loading on trucks for dispatch etc. will be done manually. The earlier approved mining scheme proposal has expired on date upto 2021-22 but modified mining scheme with progressive mine closure plan is required to be submitted for mineral granite inclusion as per norms & prepare for remaining four years period i.e. from 2018-19 to 2021-2022. Approach road is directly connected to pit bottom show refer plate no.-3. In the area one small pits exist & 5 pegmatite ore body exposed within the lease area. Present position of working faces is shown in surface geological plan at plate no.-4.

(ii) Proposed method for excavation: FOR QUARTZ & FELDSPAR: Manual cum Semi-mechanized open cast mining operation will be adopted for excavation of quartz, feldspar & mica waste minerals. In the concerned area, quartz, feldspar & mica are associated with pegmatite ore body. Entire pegmatite out crops is considered as mineralization zone which is marked refer surface geological plan plate no.-4. This pegmatite comprises of quartz, feldspar & mica mineral. Four years mining proposed three sided within pegmatite ore body no.-1, 3 & 4. First side within P.G.-1 up to level 613mRL forming 4 benches developed, Second side P.G.-3 up to level 618mRL forming 3 benches developed & Third side P.G.-4 up to level 621mRL forming 3 benches developed along section L-L’ & benches to extends towards all direction upto limit showing composite development plan & year wise section see refer plate no.-5. The benches are designed in manner that it will extend towards all direction within ore body limit. The individual year’s position is shown in year wise development plans (refer plate no.-5).

The excavation will be done with help of excavator, dumper & jack hammer drilling & blasting. All other operation such as sizing into small lumps, sorting of iron contaminated pieces, loading on trucks for dispatch etc. will be done manually.

The section L-L’ has been prepared for next five years planning. Entire working is proposed in the pegmatite body hence overburden, mineral waste & sub grade material excavated. On the basis of above facts year wise, bench wise excavation details have been given below and pit development has been shown in plate no.-5.

Present position of working faces is shown in surface geological plan at plate no.-3.

In the concerned area, almost area covered by granite gneisses with interaction. The four years mine planning is proposed three site i.e. NE, in between PG no. 4 & 5 and south site within the granite gneisses rocks (herein after called pit no.-2,3 & 4) and benches, which extended towards in all direction along section A-A’ & D-D’ upto 606mRL forming 3 benches. The individual year’s position is shown in year wise development plans (refer plate no.-5).

The ROM (ore) will be proposed mined out by opencast semi-mechanized mining method. Excavator & dumper used to remove the fracture material. After removal of fracture rock, the massive Granite gneisses are exposed as free face. The weak zone strata are open out by digging a trench box (Galli), thus a bench is formed. Extraction of granite gneisses is done by drill machine; wire saw machines for cutting of block and crane for lifting of blocks. The blocks detached from the insitu mass by drilling small dia holes at close intervals, hammering wedges into them till the block separates from the insitu mass and splitting with hydraulic/air pressure. Toppling with the help of hydraulic jack & excavator. After the blocks have been toppled, the fine cracks and experienced persons observe other insitu defects. There after marking is done. The holes are drilled along cutting lines according to mechanized technique.

Rock spread wedges are used for final detachment. Rock type i.e. granite gneisses is a competent rock & can sustain 6m. height very easily, hence the maximum bench height will be kept as 6.0m. In the concerned area, quartz, feldspar & mica are associated with pegmatite ore body. Entire pegmatite out crops is considered as mineralization zone which is marked refer surface geological plan plate no.-4. This pegmatite comprises of quartz, feldspar & mica mineral. Four years mining proposed three sided within pegmatite ore body no.-1, 3 & 4. f). Proposed rate of production when mine is fully developed & expected life of the mine: Mine will be fully developed end of fifth year and at that time rate of production proposed is given below. Quartz & Feldspar (all grade & size) = 26030 tonnes per year Granite (all grades & sizes) = 80000 tonnes per year There for expected life of mine is 24 years.

41 g). Extent of Mechanization: A diesel engine operated pump has deployed in the mine for pumping out accumulated rain water from pit bottom during heavy rain only. However draining of water may not cause much problem in this area as the rainfall is very scanty. The mining in the lease area has been proposed by semi -mechanized mean by open cast method. All other work will be carried out manually i.e. crowbars, pick axes, hammers etc. will also be utilized during excavation & production of quartz, feldspar mineral. A diesel engine operated pump is in use, for pumping accumulation of rainwater from pit bottom during heavy rains. The detail of equipment has been proposed to be used in mining operation:- i. The granite blocks/ luffers will be directly loaded from the pithead in the trucks by crane for gang saw units i.e. at Jalor, Madanganj-Kishangarh, Ajmer, Rajsamand, Jodhpur and Chittorgarh city. Each truck/ dumper will be weighted at the nearest Weight Bridge.

v. Broad blasting parameters: Blasting is done only breaking of hard rock’s otherwise no blasting is required for production of granite & pegmatite rock. Granite is easily extracted by drill machine (used for drilling), and half set/ wire saw (for cutting of granite in size) and crane (used for lifting of granite). The overburden is fractured/ cracks rocks can be excavated by excavators but whenever required the muffle blasting will be preferred. No secondary blasting will be needed. The explosive is purchase from approved magazine and same day of blasting and used. The dealer supplies at pit side through his approved explosive van not only to this mine only but also to other mines of the area. The explosive will be carried at mine site by tractors owners at time of blasting only. The drilling is made by the contractors of tractor compressor at the rate of per hole.

Precaution to be taken during blasting: i.e., during the course of blasting sufficient warning shall be given to prevent entrance of human being & animals in danger zone. ii. The throw of the holes shall be towards the opposite direction. iii. Blast holes shall be adequately stemmed. iv. Millisecond delay detonator shall be used. h. All precaution as per Reg164 (1B) MMR 1961 are to be also adopted.

h). Conceptual mine planning up to the end of lease period. The conceptual mine plan of the area is prepared refer plate no.-8. The main features of the plan are as given below:

Mineral Exploration: Present reserves in probable & probable categories give the life of area will for 24 years and during coming next five year plan period no any exploration proposal proposed. The location of proposed prospecting pits and its dimension will depend upon extension of present known deposit and likely new explored area. Mine development: The ultimate pit limit as assessed to be within the UNFC code 121+122 limit is shown the plan see refer plate no.-8. Rate of production will be maintained at 26030 tonnes of mineral per year (minerals quartz, feldspar & mica) & 80000 tonnes of granite per year. Final pit slope angle will be 750. Reserve under probable category (up to 121+122) has been considered to determine the ultimate pit limit. Ultimate one large pit will be developed & shape of the pit no.-1 will be Length is 450 to 490 m. (L). X Width is varies 70 m. to 80 (W) x Depth is 25 m. to 30m. upto 590mRL at end of life of the mine.

Optimum exploitation & utilization of mineral: Rate of production mineral (quartz, feldspar & mica) will be maintained at 26030 tonnes per year & granite 80000 tonnes per year. The mineral is directly sale to grinding unit & gang saw unit.

Waste & sub grade mineral management: Since there is about 7179 m3 overburden, about 2224 m3 & 2224 m3 sub grade materials & 48980 m3 waste (Granite OB/waste) will be generated at the mines during year mining, which will be disposed within the lease area on non-mineralization area. A stone retaining wall is proposed near toe of the dump to stabilize the loose material. A garland drain & siltation pit is also proposed around the dump so that silt does not flow out from the dumps during rains. About 15124 m3 of overburden, about 23723 m3 waste / sub grade materials & 85260 m3 wastes (Granite OB/waste) are expected to be removed end of life, which is dump northern side within lease area (as on backfilling). The dump area will be planted before expiry of lease period. The excavated portion will automatically serve as a water reservoir which excavated portion will automatically serve the year. Stone wall along proposed dump area will prevent any inadvertent entry in the mining area and also to the water reservoir. The accumulated can be effectively used for irrigation purpose, to recharge the ground water and to replenish the natural water reservoirs/ water course. Plantation will be done NE to eastern site within the lease barriers area nearby office building & dump area is coming year, to make a belt, see refer plate no.-8.

Environmental aspects: There is about 1.0933 hectare area proposal for reclamation of pits or works out area is made in this mining plan. At the end of mining works mine out area will be leveled and used as water reservoir. Plantation is proposed southern site of the lease barriers to make a green belt in next five year and also plantation in statuary barrier, along mine road nearby the area at the end of the mining activities. At the end of fifth year, the area under plantation will be 0.125 hectares & end of lease period about 1.58 hectares area required for plantation.

Post mining land use pattern: As mentioned above para worked out area about 1.0933 hectare is backfilled. Therefore the pit at the end of mining lower most benches will be for water reservoir for collect rain water and this rain water will be recharge ground water and also for irrigation purpose for surrounding Ag. land of local farmers during winter season. Upper most benches will be planted before the end of mining activities The abandon pit will be fenced & plantation will be done all the ultimate pit will be made to give be slope (150) at least in few places in the for access of people to the reservoir water for installation of Ag. Pump etc. which will be used by local people for irrigation purposes please refer plate no.-8. About 3.5126 hectare area used for water reservoir.

Quartz & Feldspar, Mica: ROM is directly supply to mineral grinding unit. Quartz has many and varied used. In powdered from it is used in glass foundry porcelain, paints, sand papers, securing soaps and as a wood filler. Feldspar is used in manufacturing of porcelain. It is used in glass, paint and abrasive industries. Fused feldspar also furnished the major part of glaze on porcelain ware. Mica obtained from this area Muscovites. Chiefly used as is insulating material in the manufacturing of electrical apparatus. It is as a transparent material is using glass for store doors, lanterns etc. Scrap mica or the waste mica is used in the manufacturing of sheet mica, is used in many ways, as in the manufacture of wall papers to give them a shiny luster, as a lubricant when mixed with oils, as a non-conductor of heat and as a fire proofing material.

Granite: Granite is generally used in building construction in form of blocks, slabs, tiles, and arches and as chips flooring. In most of the cases it is used for decorative purpose and other things also. It is also used in construction of temples, mosques, monuments etc. From the mines sites Granite will be sold as block & luffers etc. Lessee has tried to sale the mineral rejects material, but not to get any positive result. The mineral rejects material is stacked separately, so that it can be sold in future. The mineral will be sold as block/ luffers form from mining to nearby pit. This material sent for its end use to nearby the gang saw units & other states by trucks. It is generally sold gang saw industries in Rajasthan.

 Water regime, quality of air, ambient noise level, flora, climatic conditions. i. Water regime- There is no river, lake, pond, well or any other water body in this mining lease area. There are number of wells, which is located nearby the area & within the lease area. Water level as observed in wells is 55 to 60m.. There is no perennial water source in close vicinity. However a water a sample has been collected from the well/ hand pump which is located near the area. ii. Quality of Air- The quality of present ambient air is clean and does not require any test. We are maintaining SPM well below the 500ug/ m3 in the mining area. iii. Ambient Noise Level- The noise level in and around the lease area is too low and within the desirable limit. Noise level is being kept below 75 dBA (leg) during day time & 50 dBA (leg) during day night time. iv. Flora and fauna- No flora and fauna are available in the area & nearby the area having scattered vegetation of tree. Scattered thorny bushes of “Thoor” area also seen in the nearby the area. No wild animals are seen in the region, presence of Dogs, Cattle and Goat are seen in every village. v. Climatic condition- The area is characterized by tropical Climate with an average rainfall of about 500-600mm, which is received during monsoon from June to September. The highest temperature in summer is recorded as 46oC, in the month of May-June, and minimum temperature is recorded in the winter as 2oC, in December - January. Relative humidity varies from 20% to 90%. Predominant wind direction is NW - SE. vi. Human settlements- There is no human settlement within the lease area. A number of huts/ house are available in the nearby the area. Local habitats either work in nearby mines or in agriculture fields.

vii. Public buildings, places of worship and monuments- There is no National Park, wildlife sanctuary, and national monuments within the leasehold area & within 10 Km. radius.

Air Quality- Air pollution is caused when dust gets air borne after it is formed during loading and unloading of waste material as well as due to movement of trucks on the proposed mine roads for transportation. The proposed mine working is open cast method. The water is spraying on the mine haul roads, loading and dumping points regularly for dust suppression. Green belt is also developed in and surrounding the mines etc. to absorb dust. Vehicle exhaust should direct upwards to avoid creating excess turbulence at road surface. It is also advised that the mineworkers in dusty area should use cloth masks as far as possible. iii. Water Quality- There is no surface water body in and around lease area. Therefore question of adverse impact on surface water bodies does not arise. Groundwater table is at 55 to 60m., in the open well situated in the Ag. field. During five years period, mining will reach up to 12 to 18m. only. iv. Noise Level- Noise are produced while loading/ digging and occasional plying of dumper/ truck etc. Noise can be reduce at the source by propose selection, installation & proper maintained of equipment. Rector type silencers & noise reduction devices like mufflers can be used on noisy exhaust systems. Green belt is also developed in and surrounding the mines etc. to absorb noise. Therefore proposed mining method will not produce any significant noise and hence will not cause any damage to present calm and quiet environment of the area. v. Vibration Level- Very limited ground vibration produce during mining hence will not cause any damage to present calm and quiet environment of the area. vi. Water Regime- No perennial water source is existing in the lease area. The proposed mining is not likely to have any adverse impact on ground water table, which is much below depth of present and proposed mining. There is no water channel (nallah, river) or any other surface bodies (pond, lake etc.), which can be adversely effected by the proposed mining. vii. Acid mine drainage- Nil viii. Surface subsidence- Nil

Socio-economic Environment- The population is nearby villages are mostly Rajput, Brahmin, Bhil, & Rawat, who are mostly engaged in farming, small scale cattle breading and working in nearby mines. For mining, local laborers will be drawn from the nearby villages. The proposed mining envisages an employment opportunity to about 8-9 local villagers. Workmen employed in sorting of mineral and mining operations will be affected by dust generated and will be provided with cloth dust masks. There is no village and hut existing within the lease area. Huts of village Bhacheriya are located away from the proposed mining area. The proposed mining will not involve any displacement of local population. There is no recreational facility in existence in the area and hence there is no impact. The future mining will not have any adverse impact on socio economic environment of the area. x. Historical Monuments- No historical monuments, temple, building etc. are existing within the lease area and hence there will be no impact.

(i). Water quality management: There is no any Nallah /Surface water bodies exist in and around the area. Therefore question of adverse impact on surface water bodies does not arise. There is no perennial water source in close vicinity. Mine water pumped during rainy season will carry some silt with it. This water will be discharged into nearby sump, to assist in settling down of silt, and remaining clear water will be coursed in the nearby ag. fields. The discharge mine water will not carry any toxic or poisonous matter dissolved in the water, so no treatment of water is required & proposed. There is no proposal of beneficiation plant for processing of mineral, so no effluents will be generated.

(ii) Air quality survey: Air pollution is caused when dust gets air borne after it is formed during loading and unloading of waste material as well as due to movement of trucks on the proposed mine roads for transportation. The proposed mine working is open cast method. The water is spraying on the mine haul roads, loading and dumping points regularly for dust suppression. Green belt is also developed in and surrounding the mines etc. to absorb dust. Vehicle exhaust should direct upwards to avoid creating excess turbulence at road surface. It is also advised that the mineworkers in dusty area should use cloth masks as far as possible.

(iii) Waste management: About 2224m3 of pegmatite waste & about 2224 m3 of pegmatite sub grade material excavated & about 17459 m3 of waste (Granite) material to be removed during mining period, which will be disposed within the lease area on non-mineralization area, shown on the progressive mine closure plan (Refer plate no.-9). A stonewall will be constructed towards the drainage side, so as to prevent the spreading of loose practical, as the dump area fills up. A garland drains of size 1.0 X 1.0m. will be made at the bottom side of the dump so as to prevent washout from the dumps.

(iv) Program of afforestation: Afforestation during five-year period will be done in the area of 1250 sqm. as shown on plan (Refer plate no.-6 & 7). The proposed plantation is done western side within the lease barrier area, nearby the office building & along mine road, for 250 sqm. each year. (250X5=1250sqm. in next five years). One workman will be deputed for maintenance of the plantation throughout the year. If required, forest department officials will be consulted for type of plantation to be done, suitable for this area. It is proposed that owner will plant and maintain about 25 trees of Neem, flower, lemon & kanjari trees are suitable for this area, every year. 8.4 Disaster Management and Risk Assessment: The proposed workings are by opencast mining method. Underground mining is not proposed. No tailing dam is proposed. Thus high –risk accidents like landslide, subsidence, flood, inundation, fire, seismic activities etc. would not come across. In case of accident, a well-equipped first aid station is available at nearby same lessee mine site for giving first aid to injured persons. A vehicle will always remain at site. The lessee is capable to meet any type of risk. The PHC is located nearby the lease area i.e. at Bhacheriya (1.5 Km.). The referral hospital at Rajsamand at 48.0 Km. & Udaipur at 95 Km. away from the mines. All safety measures viz. helmet, iron toe shoes, dust mask etc. shall be implemented.

8.5 Care and maintenance during temporary discontinuance: The following steps will be taken during temporary discontinuance of the mining in the area due to any reason (refer plate no.-9): 1. If mine closes temporarily, than the mining working will be in the watch of a watchman. 2. Before reopening of mine the maintenance will be provided to all the machineries deployed at mine. 3. The area will be protected by the displaying board at the entry with a caption like “entry in the premise without permission is strictly prohibited” and also in local language. 4. Before entry of the labours into the mine working/faces the working and faces are proposed to be inspected by manager for safety purpose as per Mines Act. 5. The open pit will be protecting by the erecting fencing as per norms and all around the open pits with caution boards displaying that “Danger Zone”. 8.6 Financial Assurance: The amount of financial assurance as required under Minor Mineral rule of 29 (14) of RMMCR-2017 has been calculated based on the proposed mining area put to use for mining and allied activities after five years. The total mining lease area is 4.4430 hectares out of which the area put to use for mining and allied activities is 0.4677 hectare, including the requirement of the area for the next five year proposal (calculation is given as below page no.-66 & table no.-41). The total amount of financial assurance is already submitting at concerning office.
