Rotary Information Rotary information was delivered by PDG Jeffrey Afful on “Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI)”.

Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a multi-District, grassroots leadership development program, an official programme of Rotary but is highly recommended by the Rotary International (RI) Board. The RLI believes that quality club leadership (at all levels) is essential to the future of Rotary in a complex and an ever- changing world.

RLI offers a 3-day non-consecutive quality leadership development courses for potential club leaders and indeed all club members.

Differences between RI Training and RLI a) RI training are usually role-based (GETS/PETS, etc.) or topic based (Membership, TRF, PI, etc.). RLI courses are designed to develop leadership skills and provide Rotary knowledge. b) RLI uses facilitation methods and hence very interactive. c) Class sizes in RLI training are controlled, maximum size is twenty-five (25).

As at 18th March, 2020, fourteen (14) RRC members have participated in RLI Training.
