At the starting line, I was joined by 2,200 other insane runners representing 45 states and 5 countries. Granted, some of those runners were com- pleting a relay segment, 5K, or the half marathon. While the temperature at the start was 36 degrees Fahrenheit, it was the wind that would be the hardest obstacle for the day. Winds from the north ranged from 36-40 mph. For every step I took forward, it felt as if I were getting pushed back three steps.

Being from Chicago and surrounded by entertainment and Fleisure his roots helped him understand the entertainment and leisure opportunities in Fargo-Moorhead. “Ev- ery friend I talk to seemed to either have plans to leave this area or complain constantly about not having anything to do in Fargo”. Dragosavich took these comments personally and wanted to do something about the downtrod- den attitude. His vision was to educate the area with a resource that collects the entertainment and leisure op- portunities. His first publication came from “door-to-door” sales of a product that was not even available yet. After a year of hard work and trying to create value each month, his publication began to take on rapid popularity and integrity. Now, 20 months after the creation of FM Spotlight Magazine, the company has over 10 employees, a premier downtown office space, another publication and stable business partners. “I am extremely excited to see how this publication and Fargo-Moorhead grow together each month. I am grateful to have the opportunity to make an impact on an amazing area with tough environmental challenges.
