Une balise est une "instruction" comprise entre crochets < > qui possède un nom et parfois des attributs. <br> est, par exemple, la balise utilisée pour spécifier qu'il faut passer à la ligne. La plupart des balises doivent être ouvertes puis refermées. On retrouvera donc souvent une balise de début et une balise de fin. La balise de fin porte le même nom que la balise de début mais est en plus précédée du signe /. Nous aurons donc: (ouverture) <nom_de_balise> et (fermeture) </nom_de_balise>. Par exemple: <b>mon texte en gras (bold)</b>.     Exploring Claris Home Page Creating a New Web Page 1. When you start the Home Page software it automatically presents you with a new, blank page. 2. At the top of the page the main menu, a toolbar and a stylebar are displayed. Main Menu Toolbar Style Toolbar As you move the cursor across the tool bar, the purpose of each of the tool buttons is displayed to the right of the line. 3. To save your work, select File -> Save As from the Main Menu. Enter a name, such as mypage, when prompted. Then choose a location to save the page. It is recommended that you save all of the pages and graphics for one site in one folder. One you have save a file with a name, the next time you want to save your work you select File -> Save from the Main Menu. Save your web page frequently. Exiting Home Page 1. To exit Home Page, select File -> Exit from the Main Menu. Reopening a Web Page 1. Start the Home Page software. 2. Select File -> Open from the Main Menu. Browse through the files until you find your page. Click the name, for example mypage.htm, then click the Open button. Starting a New Page without Closing Home Page 1. Select File -> Close from the Main Menu. 2. Select File -> New Page.
