Objects of the Association 1] To foster a continuing educational and philanthropic rela- tionship between Kilpauk Medical College alumni and the Col- lege, Hospital, its students, and faculty
2] To facilitate the meeting of Kilpauk Medical College alumni with one another
3] To encourage Kilpauk Medical College Alumni to make contributions to Society
4] To interact with foreign institutions and arrange exchange programs
5] To publish and help in publication and / or distributing peri- odicals, monthly magazines ,newspapers ,pamphlets, books for spread and advancements of recent medical improvements and in- novations
6] Scholarship aid to undergraduate and graduate students
7] Sponsorship of community service projects
8] Sponsorship of fund raising events which will benefit the College and Hospital directly or which will benefit the Alumni in the establishment of scholarships or to provide for the expenses of operating the Alumni

Basic Life Support training .Batch 12 CRRI’s (House surgeons) includes CPR, Airway and AED in KMC by TACT academy

KMC SEVA Adopted Village: Namashivayapuram village, Thodu kodu Panchayath, Kadambattur block, Thiruvallur district, Tamilnadu (state), India. Activities- 3 domains Prevention of communicable diseases- Health awareness-water and mosquitoes Motivation health talks by doctors Helped them to built 42 toilets and village free from open defecation Identifying non communicable disease House hold survey done, 3 medical camps conducted and referral to PHC and Govt hospitals. KMC doctors – pledged to free consultation villagers in private hospitals
3. Maternal child health- supported primary school with furniture, health education, working closely with anganwadi team to improve vaccination and nutrition

Annual Meet The annual alumni meet brings to our alumni a chance to reconnect with their alma ma- ter. This meet will be called Vizhudhugal – as a metaphor to denote that they are rootlets of this prestigious institution and also to show their love towards the banyan tree that stands right in the heart of the KMC .Alumni hosted the annual alumni meet at its cam- pus on 30th July with approximately 325 alumni in attendance along with students of current batches. The meet was designed to be a common platform where KMC alumni (with families) from all over the world will be able to get together to network and ex- plore how Alumni Association can be more vibrant, relevant and useful for the KMC alumni and the nation. The meet has, more of interactions and entertainment of alumni and shall be an experience to remember for the alumni and their families
