FR-AK-11 KEPUTUSAN BADAN AKREDITASI NASIONAL PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI DAN PENDIDIKAN NONFORMAL NOMOR 023/BAN PAUD PNF/AKR/2017 TENTANG PENETAPAN STATUS AKREDITASI PROGRAM DAN SATUAN PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI DAN PENDIDIKAN NONFORMAL TAHAP IV TAHUN 2017 BADAN AKREDITASI NASIONAL PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI DAN PENDIDIKAN NONFORMAL, Menimbang : a. bahwa dalam rangka pelaksanaan Pasal 60 Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional dan Pasal 1 Angka 32 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 13 Tahun 2015 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan perlu dilakukan akreditasi terhadap Program dan Satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pendidikan Nonformal oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pendidikan Nonformal; b. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a, perlu menetapkan Keputusan Badan Akreditasi Nasional Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pendidikan Nonformal tentang Penetapan Status Akreditasi Program dan Satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pendidikan Nonformal Tahap IV Tahun 2017; FR-AK-11 Mengingat : 1. Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2003 Nomor 78, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4301); 2. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2015 Nomor 45, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 5670) sebagaimana telah diubah terakhir dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 13 tahun 2015 (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2015 Nomor 45, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 5670); 3. Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 52 Tahun 2015 tentang Badan Akreditasi Nasional Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pendidikan Non Formal (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2015 Nomor 1856); 4. Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 tentang Kerja Sama Penyelenggaraan dan Pengelolaan Pendidikan oleh Lembaga Pendidikan Asing Dengan Lembaga Pendidikan di Indonesia (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2014 Nomor 580); 5. Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 174/P/2012 tentang Pengangkatan Anggota Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi, Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah/Madrasah dan Badan Akreditasi Nasional Pendidikan Nonformal sebagaimana telah diubah terakhir dengan Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 011/P/2017; FR-AK-11 MEMUTUSKAN : Menetapkan : STATUS AKREDITASI PROGRAM DAN SATUAN PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI DAN PENDIDIKAN NONFORMAL TAHAP IV 2017 KESATU : Status program dan satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pendidikan Nonformal (PAUD dan PNF) yang terakreditasi pada tahap IV tahun 2017 meliputi Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, DKI Jakarta, Kalimantan Selatan, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Sulawesi Selatan, Kalimantan Timur, Jawa Timur, Aceh, Sulawesi Barat, Sulawesi Tengah, Sumatera Selatan, Papua dan Banten. KEDUA : Program dan satuan PAUD dan PNF yang telah terakreditasi sebagaimana dimaksud pada diktum KESATU memperoleh sertifikat akreditasi yang berlaku selama 5 tahun. KETIGA : Program dan satuan PAUD dan PNF yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan akreditasi dinyatakan tidak terakreditasi dapat mengajukan permohonan akreditasi kembali sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh BAN PAUD dan PNF. KEEMPAT : BAN PAUD dan PNF dapat mencabut status akreditasi program dan satuan pendidikan PAUD dan PNF sebelum berakhirnya masa berlaku akreditasi apabila: a. program dan satuan pendidikan yang bersangkutan terbukti memberikan data dan/atau informasi yang tidak benar kepada badan akreditasi; FR-AK-11 b. sampai batas waktu yang ditetapkan, program dan satuan pendidikan yang memperoleh akreditasi, tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang melekat pada status akreditasi; atau c. terjadi peristiwa luar biasa yang menimpa program dan satuan pendidikan yang bersangkutan sehingga status akreditasi yang melekat pada program dan satuan pendidikan tersebut tidak lagi mencerminkan tingkat kelayakannya. KELIMA : Keputusan ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan. This regulation provides that the Central region was the capital of the definitive Bungku Morowali district. Conflicts of capital and then rolled into the realm of the existence of a se-cond bout of ethnic communities is the result of mass mobilization which is anarchy. Conflict with the discourse in society is important for the transfer of capital into the local political elite to exploit the momentum of mass localization facing the 2004 election and the Election of Regent Morowali (local election) 2007. Instead of the roughly dozen locations which these authors presented, we can say that at present the Bajau live in more than one hundred fifty locations across Sulawesi. In order to develop this picture, we gleaned information from a number of other sources, most of which treated the Bajau only tangentially. 1 Background Two difficulties face the researcher who would locate where the Indonesian Bajau (hereafter simply ‘Bajau’)1 live across the island of Sulawesi.

Klamono-Sorong, KM. 17, Klablim, Sorong 98417, West Papua e-mail: [email protected] Abstract: Based on the ethnic division of the population, Central Sulawesi Province consists of 12 ethnics groups “original,” and many tribal immigrants such as Bugis, Makassar, Java, Bali, and other tribes that have implications for the differentiation of indigenous communities and immigrant communities. The diversity of the tribes is also accompanied by the diversity of their historical background, religion, and culture which might cause friction one another. Based on the existing historical reality, it is showed that the Central Sulawesi region is often hit by ethnic, economic, and religious violences with different intensity. If the diversity among the people of Central Sulawesi is not properly managed, it can lead to disintegration. This article would identify the existence of the plural society in Central Sulawesi and try to formulate the integration efforts of the people of Central Sulawesi. Berdasarkan pembagian etnis penduduk, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah terdiri atas dari 12 etnis asli, dan banyak juga suku pendatang seperti Suku Bugis, Makassar, Jawa, dan Bali yang berimplikasi pada diferensiasi masyarakat asli dan masyarakat pendatang yang berpotensi menimbulkan gesekan antara satu dengan lainnya. Realitas historis menunjukkan bahwa wilayah Sulawesi Tengah sering dilanda kekerasan bermotif etnis, ekonomi dan agama dengan intensitas yang berbeda-beda.

Merr. , Moraceae), is a major crop in Malaysia but the distribution of genetic diversity in the crop and its putative wild progenitor, “bangkong” (Artocarpus integer var. silvestris Corner), have not been studied. To investigate the diversity and origins of cempedak, we assessed the genetic diversity of cempedak and bangkong, explored geographic patterns in genetic structure and differentiation, and conducted phylogenetic analyses. We also tested whether cempedak cultivars were true-to- type. We used 12 microsatellite loci to genotype 269 cempedak and 187 bangkong individuals from Peninsular Malaysia, 64 cempedak individuals from Borneo, and 12 cempedak samples from other regions. We found that the number of effective alleles (Ne), allelic richness (Ar), Shannon’s Information Index (I), and expected heterozygosity (He) were higher in bangkong populations than cempedak populations, but cempedak populations harbored alleles not found in bangkong populations. In contrast, Borneo cempedak showed overall lower genetic diversity compared to Peninsular cempedak. Both bangkong and cempedak exhibited weak geographic structure within Peninsular Malaysia; but we found evidence for isolation-by-distance among bangkong populations, as well as increased genetic structure in cempedak at a broader geographic scale.

    CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION 1. Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking at Global Level. a. Drug Abuse and its impact to Health. In the year 2013 the estimated number of drug taking people is 246 million (5.2% of the world population between 15 – 64 years), or 1 out of 20 from this age group has consumed drugs. There was an increase of 3 million drug abusers, but tends to be stable. It is estimated that 1 among 10 of them is a problematic drug abuser; or in other words, 27 million (0.6% of of the world population in the age group 15-64 years) are drug abusers with problems. So half the number of this group (12.19 million) are injection drug users (IDU), and the estimation is that 165 million have HIV. The mortality rate related to drug abuse (approx 187,100) is stable compared to the previous year. The abuse of opiates (heroin and opium) remains stable, while cannabis and medical opioids continue to escalate. Consumption of ATS, especially Methamphetamine occurs mainly in South-East Asia. Cannabis is frequently consumed in prisons, and the number ofheroin users among the inmates is higher than cocaine, amphetamines or “ecstasy”. NPS are sold as an alternative of drugs that have similar effects as international controlled substances.NPS have increased to 500 including mephedrone. Consumption of cannabis, cocaine and amphetamines among males is higher than amongfemales. However, the prevalence rate of HIV among female injection drug users has a higher rate. The number of new HIV cases among injection drug users has a decrease of 10%, from approx 110,000 in 2010 to 98,000 in 2013.
