That mobile polling places will be established on April 4th, 2016 at the following locations during the following hours: Mobile Polls St. Joseph's Extended Care, 1176 Nicholson Road, Estevan 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Estevan Regional Nursing Home, 1921 Wellock Road, Estevan 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Creighton Lodge, 1028 Hillcrest Drive, Estevan 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hillview Manor, 1401 1st Street, Estevan 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Mainprize Manor & Health Centre, 206 South Street, Midale 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 6. That polling places will be established on April 4th, 2016 at the following locations during the following hours: Hospital Poll St. Joseph's Hospital, 1176 Nicholson Road, Estevan 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 7. That at 110-1175 Nicholson Road, Estevan, on April 16th, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., I shall open the ballot boxes and, in the case of a general election, I shall open the ballot envelopes containing the ballots of voters at hospitals and remand centres, count those ballots and, where there are absentee voters and displaced voters, open the ballot envelopes containing the ballots of those voters and count those ballots and make the addition of the votes given for each candidate and declare elected the candidate having the largest number of votes.
