How to set up My Vodafone My Vodafone is the quick and easy way to manage your accounts and services. Step 1 Make sure that you have your account number and PIN, or mobile number handy, My Vodafone lets you: plus an active email address. My Vodafone User Guide – page 4 What does My Vodafone let you do? Manage your accounts and connections How can I manage the connections I have access to? To do this, simply click Manage Connections to add new new accounts or services, You can add someone else’s phone number so you can administer as if you’re them. remove accounts and rename existing connections. My Vodafone User Guide – page 9 Connections View roaming rates and set up roaming Manage your blacklist View your roaming rates, buy roaming data bundles, and keep an eye on your costs If you are receiving unwanted TXTs and PXTs you can easily block mobile numbers by clicking Roaming overseas on the menu. What/where is my username? Your username is what you use to connect to the internet. This can also be found on your bill, under the section for your internet. Sorry this is not currently available for customers with ‘Ref: TCL’ on their bill. Trustpower also recently entered into an arrangement with Spark to offer wireless broadband and mobile services. If Vodafone and Trustpower merged, there would therefore be some limited aggregation in fixed line broadband and voice markets and potentially (in the future) the mobile phone services market.
