Handle Grip Console MP3 Link Safety Key Console Mast Motor Cover Side Rail Console Mast Cover End Cap Transport Wheel Running Deck 6 Assembly Instructions 5 4 66 A 67 68 Main wire 66 68 67 1 Step 1 a. The machine is supplied with a thin piece of wire fitted to the Console Mast(5). Please attach this wire to the Main wire and pull it up through the Console Mast(5). Once the Main wire is out of the top of the Console Mast(5), please discard the wire and connect the Main wire to the console assembly. Note - As the Main wire is looped in a coil shape for shipping, it needs to be pulled straight to be able to reach the top of the Console Mast(5) (otherwise it may spiral inside the Console Mast(5) and appear to be too short). b. Lift the running deck to fold position as shown in the diagram. Fix the Console Mast (4 & 5) to the Base Frame (1) using 4 x 20mm Hex Bolt (66), 4 x 8mm Spring Washers (67) and 4 x 8mm Washer (68). 7 Assembly Instructions 68 67 65 68 4 5 67 65 Step 2 a. Connect the main wire with the Handle Grip Sensor wire as shown in the diagram. b. Attach the Console Mast Cover (17&18) to the Console Mast (4&5), using 4 x 15mm Phillips Screw w/washer (69),and then press the Fastener (on the end of the Console Mast Cover ) into the Groove(on the Base frame 1 ) .
