OFFTCT AT fi A 7FTTF 60VERNMENT PRINTINGBUREAU ENQLISH EDITION ≪≫,i-,M--n-*n *=**<**s* EXTRA SATURDAY, MAY 22, 19 4 NOTICE Public Notice of Screening Result No. 31-(1) M:iy 22, 1948 Director-General of Cabret Secretariat T0MA15ECHI Giz.) 1 Those who were mentioned, f _>rthe reason that they had been com missioned officersin the regular Favy, in Pubiic Notice of Screening Result (Provisional Designation) No. 10 published in Extra of Official Gazette dated on March 31, 194S, have, in consequence of the expiration of the term of their statement3 of objection,been decided as tillingunder the Memorandum, except those who submitted their statement of objectionwith in the period thtereof. 2. With regard to those who submitted their statements of objection, the screening result (those whose statements of objection are accepted and those whose statements of objection are not accepted) shall be notified in the Official Gazette. With regard to those whose statements of objection are not accepted, they shall be further notified personally. 3. This table is to be most widely made public. The office of a city, ward, town or village shall, up^n receipt fit this official report, placard the said table. This table shall be at least placarded for a month, and it shall upon receipt of the next official report, be replaced by a new one. The old report which is replaced, shall not be destroyed, but be bound and preserved at the office of the city, ward, town or village, in order that it may serve for the public perusal. This table shoM-s the screening result of the Central Public Office Qualifications ' Examination Committee, in accordance with the provisions of Imperial Ordinance No. 1 of the same year. 4 2.
