With regard to those who submitted their statements of objection, the screening result (those whose statements of objection are accepted and those whose statements of objection are not accepted) shall be notified in the Official Gazette. With regard to those whose statements of objection are not accepted, they shall be further notified personally. 3. This table is to be most widely made public. The office of a city, ward, town or village shall, up^n receipt fit this official report, placard the said table. This table shall be at least placarded for a month, and it shall upon receipt of the next official report, be replaced by a new one. The old report which is replaced, shall not be destroyed, but be bound and preserved at the office of the city, ward, town or village, in order that it may serve for the public perusal.
