ROAD CLOSURE
Notice is hereby given, under section 38D(1) of the Roads Act 1993, that the public road hereunder described is closed; the lands comprised therein cease to be public road; and the rights of passage and access that previously existed in relation to the road are extinguished. Upon closing, title to the land, comprising the former public road, will vest in the Council of the City of Parramatta as operational land, for the purposes of the Local Government Act 1993.

ERRATUM
In the notice published in NSW Government Gazette No 44 of 13 April 1995, folio 2007 the road named “Merro Close” should be spelled “Meroo Close”. This notice corrects that error.
The gazettal date remains 13 April 1995.
In the notice published in NSW Government Gazette No 68 of 4 April 2003, folio 4417, the words “Redbank Way” are replaced with “Redbank Place”. This notice corrects that error.
