Upon closing, title to the land, comprising the former public road, will vest in the Council of the City of Parramatta as operational land, for the purposes of the Local Government Act 1993. Name Locality Dumbleton Lane BEVERLY HILLS Description The currently unnamed road is in Beverly Hills and runs parallel to King Georges Road. It runs from Edgbaston Road through to Stoney Creek Road. Half way along its length it intersects another currently unnamed road. Name Locality McCready Lane BEVERLY HILLS Description The currently unnamed road runs from Edgbaston Road through to Stoney Creek Road in Beverly Hills. It runs parallel to Melvin Street and intersects a currently unnamed road half way along its length. Name Locality Rudduck Lane BEVERLY HILLS Description The currently unnamed road runs from King Georges Road through to Melvin Street in Beverly Hills. The lane intersects Hampden Street half way along its length as well as two other currently unnamed lanes. This notice corrects that error. The gazettal date remains 13 April 1995. In the notice published in NSW Government Gazette No 68 of 4 April 2003, folio 4417, the words “Redbank Way” are replaced with “Redbank Place”. This notice corrects that error.
