The conductor Oksana Lyniv ⚫ She is considered one of the world’s great female conductors. ⚫ She frequently conducts at opera houses, symphony orchestras, and music festivals—including the Bavarian State Opera and Barcelona’s Gran Teatre del Liceu—throughout Europe. ⚫ She was recently named director of the Graz Opera in Austria, being the first woman to hold that position. sae-kyung rim <Aida> ◆ She is the great adventurer of modern sopranos: a voice to die for, but coupled with absurd creative ambition and tremendous humor. ◆ she studied singing at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan and at the Teatro alla Scala Academy with Leyla Gencer. ◆ Rim's inclusion as one of six sopranos to play the role Aida at Arena Di Verona Italy. ◆ she has performed Aida at Arena di Verona, Seoul, Klagenfurt, Munich and Tokyo. Mickeal Spadaccini <Radames> ⚫ The combination of being tall, dark and handsome and in possession of a superlative tenor voice is rare in the opera world, but Spadaccini had it all. ⚫ Mickael Spadaccini was born on 1984 in Charleroi, Belgium. he studied singing at the “Verdi Accademia” in Busetto with Carlo Bergonzi and at the “Universita del bel canto” in Modena with Mirella Freni. ⚫ Mickael Spadaccini has won the Prize of Nicolai Ghiaurov (2006), 1st Prize at the opera competition at Théâtre de Spa (2007) ⚫ Marvelous purity of tone and breathtaking virtuosity make his singing irresistible, coupled with good looks and delight in performance. Aris Argiris Aris Argiris will play the role of Amonasro, the King of Ethiopia in our performance. Aris Argiris was born in Greece, studied in Munich and is Professor at Akademie der Schönen Künste in Berlin. He has rapidly imposed himself on the international scene as one of the most promising young singers in the operatic repertoire and has established an international career, performing regularly at the world's most prestigious opera houses, including the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the Arena di Verona and in the opera houses of Lima, St. Petersburg, Tokyo, Vienna, Buenos Aires, Berlin, Dresden, Brussels, Trieste, San Diego, Savonlinna and others. Eliska Weissova She will play the role of Amneris, the daughter of the Egyptian pharaoh in our performance. Eliska Weissova was born in Moravska Trebová ( Czech Republic) and gained her Masters Degrese in Music at the Prague’s Academy of Performing Arts. Her teacher was the famous Czech baryton René Tucek. In the past she attended master-classes by Nadezda Kniplova and Peter Dvorsky. Since 2004 Eliska Weissova is a permanent member at the Praque Czech National Theatre and the Prague State Opera. In both opera houses she is singing innumberable roles. ◼ Micheal Sturm Director He is a German theatre director, noted for his unique contemporary staging's of classical and contemporary operas and plays. From 2007 to 2010 Michael Sturm was stage director at Oper Schloss Laubach. He has given numerous masterclasses in the USA in universities in the states of New York, West Virginia and Alabama, as well as regularly working with the International Performance and Arts Institution -„IPAI 2017 Michael Sturm performed with an outstanding success for the International Opera Festival Wexford Jacopo Foronis masterpiece „Margherita“. His next work was the first performance in Poland after WW2 with „Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg“ by Richard Wagner in Teatr Wielki Poznan. The Choir The National Choir of Ukraine (DUMKA) Acclaimed for the beauty, precision and expressive qualities of their singing, the National Choir of Ukraine (DUMKA) Choruses have been an important part of the Orchestra's programming since their founding in 1909. DUMKA creates a unique Slavic variant of West European classics interpretation, filled with lyricism, beauty of timbres, flexibility of timbres and dynamism of palette. The Orchestra Academic Symphony Orchestra (INSO – LVIV) Since its founding in 1998 the orchestra has achieved considerable and consistent critical acclaim for its concerts. The young «INSO-Lviv» orchestra is a bright palette of emotions and harmony embodied in music which the musicians generously share with the audience.
