Federalismo: Rainieri, Folle non e' la Lega ma chi si oppone al cambiamento 27 SET - Ancora una volta, in maniera incredibile, l'Udc e il suo capogruppo in commissione Affari costituzionali della Camera si vantano di avere rovinato il Paese. Il Federalismo e' l'arma che avremmo potuto mettere in campo per risolvere una volta per tutte il problema. Paradossalmente oggi, invece, dopo avere svuotato le proposte della Lega e combattuto ogni istanza federalista che giungeva dal territorio, alcuni hanno il coraggio di additare l'unica riforma che serve a questo Paese come la causa dei suoi mali. Incredibile e folle! Quello a cui stiamo assistendo oggi deriva dalla scelta ostruzionistica, anche dell'Udc che se ne vanta, di avere impedito l'entrata in vigore dei costi standard nelle regioni e negli enti locali. -

Place Configurations and Italian Electoral Politics under the ‘Second Republic’ John Agnew The Italian Second Republic was meant to have led to a bipolar polity with alternation in national government between conservative and progressive blocs. Such a system it has been claimed would undermine the geographical structure of electoral politics that contributed to party system immobilism in the past. However, in this article I argue that dynamic place configurations are central to how the ‘new’ Italian politics is being constructed. The dominant emphasis on either television or the emergence of ‘politics without territory’ has obscured the importance of this geographical restructuring. New dynamic place configurations are apparent particularly in the South which has emerged as a zone of competition between the main party coalitions and a nationally more fragmented geographical pattern of electoral outcomes. These patterns in turn reflect differential trends in support for party positions on governmental centralization and devolution, geographical patterns of local economic development, and the re-emergence of the North–South divide as a focus for ideological and policy differences between parties and social groups across Italy. Introduction One of the high hopes of the early 1990s in Italy was that following the cleansing of the corruption associated with the party regime of the Cold War period, Italy could become a ‘normal country’ in which bipolar politics of electoral competition between clearly defined coalitions formed before elections, rather than perpetual domination by the political centre, would lead to potential alternation of progressive and conservative forces in national political office and would check the systematic corruption of partitocrazia based on the jockeying for government offices (and associated powers) after elections (Gundle & Parker 1996). -

See the methodology. Overview Mexico has been an electoral democracy since 2000, and alternation in power between parties is routine at both the federal and state levels. However, the country suffers from severe rule of law deficits that limit full citizen enjoyment of political rights and civil liberties. Violence perpetrated by organized criminals, corruption among government officials, human rights abuses by both state and nonstate actors, and rampant impunity are among the most visible of Mexico’s many governance challenges. Key Developments in 2020 • With over 125,000 deaths and 1.4 million cases, people in Mexico were severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The government initially hid the virus’s true toll from the public, and the actual numbers of cases and deaths caused by the coronavirus are unknown. • In July, authorities identified the bone fragments of one of the 43 missing Guerrero students, further undermining stories about the controversial case told by the Peña Nieto administration. • Also in July, former head of the state oil company PEMEX Emilio Lozoya was implicated in several multimillion-dollar graft schemes involving other high- ranking former officials. Extradited from Spain, he testified against his former bosses and peers, including former presidents Calderón and Peña Nieto. • In December, the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) named Mexico the most dangerous country in the world for members of the media. -

GUADAGNOLO Il Borgo Di Guadagnolo È Una Frazione Del Comune Di Capranica Prenestina
INFORMAZIONI SU GUADAGNOLO Il borgo di Guadagnolo è una frazione del Comune di Capranica Prenestina. È il centro abitato più alto della Provincia di Roma ed è posto al limite occidentale dei monti Prenestini cHe si trovano quasi al centro del Lazio, a circa 20 cHilometri a Est di Roma. Da qui si gode una vista sublime sulle valli dell’Aniene e del Sacco, verso i monti Simbruini, Ernici e Lepini. La montagna è caratterizzata da varietà botaniche così uniche da essere inserite nella carta regionale del Lazio fra gli ecosistemi da salvaguardare. La sua storia è strettamente collegata con il Santuario della Mentorella, situato su una rupe a picco sulla valle del Giovenzano, che risale al IV sec. d.C., che è ritenuto il più antico Santuario mariano d'Italia e forse d'Europa, meta abituale di fedeli che salgono a deporre le loro preghiere ai piedi della Vergine, oltre che a S. EustacHio (un martire locale) e San Benedetto. Il villaggio si dice nato all'epoca delle incursioni barbaricHe, quando i romani, fuggiascHi, si sarebbero stanziati nei pressi di un antichissimo fortilizio, del quale restano solo i ruderi di una torre precedente il V secolo. Secondo altri il nucleo originario sarebbe stato costruito dai contadini che lavoravano le terre di appartenenza dei Monaci del Santuario, come avvenne negli antichissimi Monasteri di Cassino, di Subiaco e vari altri luoghi. Secondo lo studioso Padre Atanasio Kircher, un insigne monaco del XVII sec., il nome Guadagnolo deriverebbe dai piccoli guadagni cHe locandieri e osti ricavavano dai pellegrini cHe si recavano a visitare il Santuario. -

Our measure is a weighted average of individual income growth with weights that are decreasing with the rank of the individual in the initial income distribution. We apply our theoretical framework to evaluate the growth processes experienced by the Italian population in the last decade and find that the 2008-2010 crisis deteriorated the income growth of the initially poor disproportionately. This is compatible with the dual nature of the Italian labour market. Keywords: Individual income growth, directional income mobility, pro-poor growth, eco- nomic crisis.
