ith a 6-1 record and standing 3-0 in Conference Indiana, the Columbus WNorth football team appears poised for a strong finish to an outstanding season. The Bull Dogs host Bloomington North on Friday for their Senior Night. They close the regular season on Oct. 12 at Terre Haute South. A pair of victories would give Columbus North the CI championship, which would be just the second CI crown and 12th league title in Columbus High/ Columbus North history. The Bull Dogs shared the CI prize in 2004, and they won or shared South Central Conference trophies in 1942, 1945, 1952, 1959, 1961, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1975 and 1988.
