NATDA is headquartered in Kingston Ontario and has campuses in Smiths Falls, Ottawa and Belleville with plans to expand and add additional campuses. P A R T C : JOB OVERVIEW As a branch administrator you will be required to ensure the day to day operations are in accordance with the curriculum, MELT Standards and the PCC Act. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and curriculum in order to ensure that the information provided is complete, succinct and clear. This person will work closely with senior management with the highest level of professionalism, diplomacy and discretion to ensure alignment, integration and support across the entire team.

P A R T D : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS NATDA has the following expectations of the incumbent performing the job described: 1. Serves as a “Role Model” to the student and training staff as to dress, conduct and attitude; 2. Projects and maintains a positive and professional image through participation in staff meetings, in- service education, and professional development meetings, training and activities; 3. Is always punctual; 4. Actively supports the team to achieve the organizations goals; 5. Actively participates in all learning activities; 6. Greet and assist visitors and potential students in a professional manner 7. Take calls regarding school inquiries 8. On boarding of new students 9. Liaison with Instructors and employees at the Kingston, Smiths Falls and Ottawa Campuses 10. Communicate with MTO (Drive Test Centre) to book appointments 11. Scheduling of both staff and students using our online scheduler

Daily Time sheet submissions P A R T E : QUALIFICATIONS Completed post-secondary, preferably in a related field (legal, business, communications) OR a combination of equivalent professional experience and training. Experience in logistics or the transportation industry considered a strong asset.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: 1. Ability to prioritize workload and maintain organized records; 2. Must possess strong communication skills, both oral and written; 3. Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of applications; 4. P A R T F : HOURS OF WORK Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Hours beyond the norm may be required from time to time to fulfill the job duties outlined above in a time responsive manner.
