Un desayuno completo lo puedes tener combinando una porción de cereal, idealmente de grano entero por su contenido de fibra, vitaminas y minerales, una porción de lácteos, una porción de fruta y puedes incluir alguna proteína como huevo, jamón o un puñito de nueces. Waffles de Cereal con Fruta Ingredientes: ● 1 Taza Hojuelas de Trigo Integral, ● 1 Taza Harina para hot cakes. Arroz y Maíz, con Cereal Fitness. ● 1 Cucharada Mantequilla light. ● 1 Lata Leche Evaporada Carnation ● 1 Cucharadita de Chía. Clavel en Balance Reducida en ● 1/4 Taza Coco seco rallado. Grasa. ● 1 Taza Frutos rojos. ● 1 huevo. ● Hojas de menta ● 1 Cucharadita de esencia de vainilla. ● 4 Cucharadas Leche Condensada La Lechera Sirve Fácil. Preparación: 1. Licúa el Cereal Nestlé Fitness con la Leche Evaporada Carnation Clavel en Balance Reducida en Grasa, el huevo, la vainilla, la harina para hot cakes y la mantequilla. 2. Rocía una wafflera con un poco de aceite en aerosol, vierte la mezcla de waffle y espolvorea con la chía y el coco rallado; cocina hasta que estén ligeramente dorados y cocidos por ambos lados. 3. Sirve los waffles; decora con los frutos rojos, las hojas de menta y un poco de Leche Condensada La Lechera Sirve Fácil. Mini tartas de Mango Ingredientes: ● 2 Tazas de Corn Flakes sin Gluten. ● 2 Cucharadas de jugo de limón. ● 1/2 Taza Amaranto. ● 1 Sobre Grenetina hidratado en un ¼ ● 2 Piezas Clara de huevo batidas. de taza agua (68 ml) y disuelto en ● 1/2 Lata La Lechera en Balance Sin baño María. Grasa. ● 1/2 Taza Mango cortado en cubos ● 3/4 Taza Leche Evaporada Carnation pequeños. Clavel en Balance Reducida en ● 4 Piezas Fresa desinfectada y Grasa. cortada en cubos. ● 1/2 Taza Mango cortado en cubos. ● 4 Hojas Menta fresca. Preparación: 1. Para la base, mezcla el Cereal Nestlé Corn Flakes sin gluten con el amaranto y las claras de huevo, coloca en moldes para cupcakes engrasados previamente. Forma la base cubriendo el fondo, las paredes del molde y hornea durante 20 minutos a 160°C. Desmolda y enfría. 2. Para el relleno, licua la leche condensada La Lechera en Balance Sin Grasa con la Leche Evaporada Carnation Clavel en Balance Reducida en Grasa, el mango, el jugo de limón y la grenetina. 3. Vierte sobre las bases de Cereal Nestlé Corn Flakes sin Gluten. Enfría hasta que cuaje por completo; decora con el mango, las fresas y las hojas de menta. Renos Navideños Ingredientes: ● 1 Bolsa de Bombones blancos (340 ● 5 Tazas de Cereal Cheerios Avena y g). más granos. ● 1/2 Barra de Mantequilla (45 g). ● 18 Pretzels. ● 1 Lata de Leche Condensada La ● 18 Ojos de azúcar para decorar. Lechera. ● 9 Dulces confitados color rojo. Preparación: 1. En una sartén, calienta a fuego medio los bombones, la mantequilla y la Leche Condensada La Lechera, moviendo constantemente. Agrega el Cereal Cheerios más Avena y más granos, y mezcla hasta integrar; dejar enfriar ligeramente y forma bolitas con tus manos. 2. Decora colocando 2 pretzels en la parte superior para simular los cuernos, 2 ojos y un dulce confitado para la nariz, repite con el resto de los ingredientes y ofrece. Zone AOA reached 4.5% organic growth in the third quarter. • Divestitures and foreign exchange reduced sales by 12.9%. Total reported sales decreased by 9.4% to CHF 61.9 billion (9M-2019: CHF 68.4 billion). • Nestlé’s current strategic reviews are fully on track. Further progress in portfolio management was made. The acquisition of Aimmune Therapeutics was completed on October 13, 2020. • Full-year guidance for 2020 updated: We expect full-year organic sales growth around 3%.
