Resolution to Designate Newspapers of General Circulation in the County for Required Election Publications

The Board of County Commissioners Finds: a. Oregon State Law (ORS254.205)requires the Board to designate newspapers in which required election publications for the County shall be printed. b. The Board has made this designation in previous years. c. Any changes to this designation will require future Board action.

The Board of County Commissioners Resolves:

Pursuant to ORS 254.205and until future action by the Board of County Commissioners, the following are designated as newspapers in which required election publications for the County shall be printed:
