I XVIII. STOLJEĆA NA PODRUČJU POREČKO-PULSKE BISKUPIJE Venetian and Central-European influences in iconography of religious art in the 17th and 18th century in the Porec and Pula diocese Stephanie Peršić SAŽETAK U radu se, temeljem relevantne i dostupne literature te terenskim istraživanjem, proučava utjecaje Mletačke Republike i Habsburške Monarhije tijekom XVII. i XVIII. stoljeća vidljive u sačuvanom korpusu sakralne baštine današnje Porečko-pulske biskupije. Podijeljen je u nekoliko većih cjelina. Uvodni dio donosi pregled povijesnih zbivanja, crkvenu i političku raspodjelu te umjetničku i naručiteljsku strukturu toga područja, a u svrhu pružanja konteksta i boljeg razumijevanja daljnje rasprave. Ključne riječi: Istra, Porečko-pulska biskupija, novi vijek, srednjoeuropski i mletački kulturni krug, sakralna baština, svetačka čašćenja, ikonografija. Mentor: dr. sc. Uz to, ukoliko određeni svetac ranije nije imao znatnu popularnost

Today, there are some forth-four surviving palaces, villas, and churches by the master. These buildings have profoundly moved the imagination of countless generations of academics, artists, and architects for over four hundred years. Without a doubt, he has been the most exalted and emulated architect in modern history.
