Around the falls, a variety of plant life thrives, such as the rare ”solimnan” reeds. To the east, there is a cave where cold water pours from the ceiling to create the first waterfall. The water gathers into a pool and from there, falls two more times, creating the second and third waterfalls, which then flow into the sea. In Cheonjeyeon Valley, visitors can see Seonimgyo Bridge (arch bridge with 7 nymphs carved on the side) and the octagonal Cheonjeru Pavilion. Jusangjeolli Cliff was formed when the lava from Hallasan Mountain erupted into the sea of Jungmun. They are rock pillars shaped like cubes or hexagons of various sizes and almost seem as if stonemasons had carved them out. The administration of the district named them ”Jisatgae Rocks” from their old name ”Jisatgae”. The 20m cliff makes it a popular spot for high tide and sea angling. The waves of the high tide crashing into the side of the cliff provide a breathtaking view of the ocean surrounding the pillars. Day 9 Visit the UNESCO World Natural Heritage, Seongsan Sunrise Peak a Mangjangul Cave Seongsan Sunrise Peak rose from under the sea in a volcanic eruption over 100,000 years ago. There is a huge crater at the top of Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak. The crater is about 600m in diameter and 90m high. With the 99 sharp rocks surrounding the crater, it looks like a gigantic crown. While the southeast and north sides are cliffs, the northwest side is a verdant grassy hill that is connected to the Seongsan Village. Mangangul Cave is one of the finest lava tunnels in the world, and it is a designated natural monument. A lava tunnel is formed when the lava that was deep in the ground spouts from the peak and flows to the surface. Day 10 Hotel-Check out After breakfast and Hotel Check-out, you can continue your own itinerary or depart from Korea.

The tourism industry is on the rise and it has attracted researchers to provide such systems for comfortable and convenient traveling. Mobile internet growth is increasing rapidly. Mobile data usage and traffic growth has increased interest in building mobile applications for tourists. This research paper aims to provide design and implementation of a travel route recommendation system based on user preference. Real-time big data is collected from Wi-Fi routers installed at more than 149 unique locations in Jeju Island, South Korea. This dataset includes tourist movement patterns collected from thousands of mobile tourists in the year 2016–2017. Data collection and analysis is necessary for a country to make public policies and development of the global travel and tourism industry. In this research paper we propose an optimal travel route recommendation system by performing statistical analysis of tourist movement patterns. Route recommendation is based on user preferences. User preference can vary over time and differ from one user to another. We have taken three main factors into consideration to the recommend optimal route i.e., time, distance, and popularity of location.

  • The Hangul Characters
The Korean language is classified as a member of the Ural-Altaic family (other members of this family include the Mongolian, Finnish, and Hungarian languages.) Until the early 1400s, most documents were written in classical Chinese characters (known in Korean as Hanja). As the idiographs are difficult to learn, only the educated people could read and write. King Sejong, the 4th ruler of the Joseon dynasty (1392-1910), set up a special committee of scholars in 1443 to create a new writing system specifically suited to the Korean language. The result was Hangul (meaning 'the one script'). It originally contained 28 symbols, although 4 have dropped out of use. The alphabet has 10 vowels and 14 consonants. The consonants represent the simplified outlines of the parts of the mouth and tongue used to pronounce them. The vowels are associated with elements of the philosophy of the Book of Changes. In 1994, Discovery magazine described Hangul as the most logical language writing system in the world. The simplicity of Hangul led Korea to become one of the most literate countries in the world. U.S. novelist Pearl Buck said that Hangul is the simplest writing system in the world and likenedKing Sejong to Leonardo da Vinci. Even though Hangul is a system of phonetic symbols, it is categorized as new level of feature system, the first and the only in the world. On Oct. 1, 1997, UNESCO designated Hunminjeongeum as world archive property. Koreans commemorate the creation of Hangul each year on October 9. The Hangul Characters Before you begin learning the language, you should take some time to practice writing Hangul.
