The purpose ofthis study is to learn about the history ofAI-Wahabi Movement and the harmful elements it contains. AI-Wahabi movement claims that; it strives to recant all kinds ofpolytheism, but such allegations at the time ofpractice have transformed into the killing ofMuslims, destructing, demolishing, and promoting the turmoil. So we can say that such behavior with its pure superficial and discriminating teachings is nothing but a deadly weapon in the hand ofthe occupation and the enemies ofIslam who use AI-Wahabi Movement in the political arena to prevent the unity ofMuslims. We have to frankly say that; AI-Wahabi's superficial and false teachings, and grasping on to the shell is the main obstacle standing in the way ofMuslims' goal to unit, and the biggest cause ofthe killing, dispersing, and breaking up ofMuslims. This kind ofhostility towards Muslims, antagonizing them, considering them disbelievers, hitting them, insulting them, and hurting them reveals an ugly and dangerous face ofAI-Wahabi features which depicts it as a destructive and chaotic group raising the slogan ofdestruction, savageness and harshness. 1 60f56 168 The classification markings are original to the Iraqi documents and do not reflect current US classification. -7- 2. AI-Wahabi today is subconsciously working in all its power on promoting occupation in all its power in order to achieve its despicable desires. The Wahabis have worn the Muslim robe inside out therefore; they couldn't apprehend any ofthe Muslim goals, because how is it possible for someone who seeks the help ofinfidels to speak ofunity? They sign treaties of peace and friendship with the criminals, surrender and bow in front ofthe masters ofrotten politics. 3. Therefore; I wanted in my study to focus on the history ofthis movement from the stand point ofits relation with the British government and how Britain had employed all its spies in Muslim countries in order to establish and spread this movement to destroy Muslim religion and create heterodoxies in Islam. I also wanted to touch on the creator ofthis movement; Muhammad Bin 'Abd-al-Wahab, his meetings with Muhammad Bin Su'ud and their agreement to support each other, and in conclusion show opinions ofhistorians and writers who discussed this movement, and the history ofthe Su'ud Family which many have agreed that it is on ofthe destructive religious movements that is conceived, extreme and aiming to destroy Islam through Jews and British. Additionally, Malik was known to have used ray (personal opinion) and qiyas (analogy). This school is derives from the work of Imam Malik. It differs in different sources from the three other schools of rule which use it for derivation of regimes. All four schools use the Quran as the primary source, followed by Prophet Muhammad's transmitted as hadith (sayings), ijma (consensus of the scholars or Muslims) and Qiyas (analogy).In addition, the School of Maliki uses the practice of the people of Madina (Amal Ahl al-Madina) as a source. While the Hanafi school relies on Ijma (interpretations of jurists), the Maliki school originates from Sunna and Hadis.

    Framing and shaping migration governance: the case of EU-Tunisian migration relations By: Luca Lixi A thesis submitted in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy The University of Sheffield Faculty of Social Sciences Department of Politics May 2019 ABSTRACT Migration governance is an organisational process, which means it centres on how organisations make sense of and respond to signals from their environment. This thesis contributes to the study of migration governance by developing comparative insight into how organisationally bound and ‘situated’ migration governance processes in Tunisia and at European Union (EU) level relate to each other and, through their actions and inactions, define the challenges that they face. An abundance of literature is available on the ‘EU’s external migration governance’. However, much of this literature focuses on the policy outputs produced, or the policy outcomes determined, often reaching assumptions on processes of migration governance based on these analyses. As the EU has been the main driver of this policy production, the literature developed is largely Eurocentric, and often fails to give adequate and equal consideration to non-EU state dynamics. To address these issues, the thesis develops an actor-centred analysis of the organisational processes through which migration is conceptualised in the EU and in Tunisia, building from theories that value the importance of framing and sensemaking. Based on forty three interviews with migration governance actors across the two cases and extensive use of the primary and secondary literature, it analyses the dual meaning of migration governance, as actors first need to make sense of migration diagnosing its causes and consequences; and then prognosing a line of work that follows such diagnoses.
