Capitol Park Rakovica is the first «Power Centre» retail park (+25,000 sq m) in being built in municipality of Rakovica that counts more than 110.000 residents, which makes it the seventh largest municipality in Belgrade.

Total site area of 65.000 sq m is situated in major commercial zone in Patrijarha Dimitrija Street, one of the Belgrade's main arterial roads. Topographic configuration of Rakovica provides excellent visibility from surrounding settlements such as , , , Sunčani Breg and .

Building permit has been obtained completing and demolition of existing objects is in progress. The construction is planned to start in February 2017 for the opening in October 2017.
