Chair’s announcements concerning coordinators’ decisions The Coordinators' decisions of 12 October were approved. In addition, regarding the TRAN resolution on a transport social package the Committee decided to vote on this matter in the next TRAN meeting on 10 November 2015. Report on MH17 crash in Ukraine Decision: Coordinators noted that the report would be published on 13 October. A point would be included on the November Committee agenda. Oral question on summer-winter time Decision: Coordinators noted that this point was on the Plenary agenda for the end of October. Debriefing on TTE Council by Commissioner Bulc Decision: Coordinators took note of the information provided by Commissioner Bulc. Railway Package Decision: Coordinators agreed that the Secretariat would be in contact with the Council to arrange the earliest possible start to negotiations on the three governance pillar files. The vote to confirm the June trilogue agreement on the technical pillar would take place on 10 November. This would be followed by formal transmission of the Council position, then a presentation and vote in Committee on the recommendations for second reading before Plenary discussion. Dramatic reductions in night train connections in Europe Decision: Coordinators noted that this topic would be included in the hearing programme. As the issue needed to be considered on a case-by-case basis, Groups were invited to specify documents to which they wished to have access.
