after serving for the past six years. He joined OFSAA as vice president in 2013, then moved into the president’s position in 2015, and finally past president in 2017. Ian has provided sound leadership to the organization during his tenure, and is known for his insightful thoughts and creative ideas. He is currently the principal of Bayside Secondary School in Belleville, and has spent his entire career involved in many aspects of school sport, while understanding the important role it plays in a young person’s development. We thank Ian for the many hours of volunteer time he has given to OFSAA and for his commitment to providing opportunities to student-athletes.
