A panel of judges selected the 10 winners from a field of approximately 100 nominees submitted by school principals and superin tendents from across the state. The 10 winners will each receive a $ 1,000 check form the UIL. "Where there are outstanding programs, there are outstanding coaches," UIL Director Bailey Marshall WE'RE NUMBER ONE.
