The following document outlines the competition and clinic schedule for the Bermuda FEI World Dressage Challenge. Certain rules are highlighted for convenience; competitors are responsible for adhering to the competition rules as listed on the FEI website. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Saturday 4 th November - Challenge Competition: Times listed are estimates and may change depending on entries. Order of classes may be adjusted where horses are ridden by more than one competitor. 10:00am Vet Check (in order of go) 11:30pm Start of competition Class 1 FEI Intermediate I – 16yrs + Class 2 FEI Youth (Elementary test) – FEI Children Team Test – 12yrs- 16yrs Class 3 FEI Senior I (Medium test) –FEI Children Individual Test – 16yrs + Class 4 FEI Prix St. Georges – 16yrs + Class 5 FEI Senior II (Advanced test) – FEI Junior Team Test – 16yrs + 1:30p.m. Prize presentation (all competitors must be dressed and mounted) 7:00p.m. Buffet Dinner& General Discussion with judges at Thyme Restaurant

Note: A prize for the Best Presented Horse from the Vet Check will be awarded at dinner. Starting possibilities: • Rider/horse combination: A rider/horse combination is allowed to start in two different classes but with no more than one level difference, i.e.: Youth-Senior I or Senior I–Senior II or PSG-Intermediate I. • Rider: A rider is allowed to start twice: - in the same class but with two different horses - in two different classes but with two different horses.

Sunday 5 th November - Judge’s Seminar and Clinics: Mercedes Campdera has agreed to host a Judge’s Viewpoint seminar from 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. – all are welcome. Venue to be announced. Clinics will then start at 12:30 for the Juniors and the 2 complimentary clinics. Clinics for the Adults will be on Monday 6th. Preference is for all clinics to be held at the National Equestrian Center as the judge may wish to use the dressage arena for the clinics. Please ensure that you indicate your availability in the space provided on the entry form and your preferred location; we will do our best to accommodate everyone but location of clinics will be dependent on the judge. Clinics will be 45 minutes in duration. A rider or horse can only participate once in the clinic. Per the FEI guidelines, only under exceptional circumstances will a confirmed rider be excused from participating in the clinics. • CLOSE OF ENTRIES AND FEE: Close of Entries : Wednesday 18th October at 5pm. Please drop entries off at Hinson Hall. Late entries will NOT be accepted. Entry Fee: $90 (Adult competitors – 16 years of age and above) $80 (Children competitors – 12 years to 16 years of age)

• BUFFET DINNER & GENERAL DISCUSSION: Dinner is provided free of charge to competitors only. Additional tickets at $70 each will be available and can be purchased by filling in the details on the Entry Form. A general discussion will be held with the judges to go over the competition with riders. Please ensure you are able to attend. The clinic schedule will be put together at this time and riders notified of their location and time.
