*NOTE - Vendors will be allowed to sell pop and or water. All food and beverage items cannot be sold without the written approval from the 2017 Blues for Food Committee. All Food vendors must come fully self contained (hydro/water, tables, canopies, etc.).

List ALL Items for Sale: a.i.1. a.i.2. a.i.3. a.i.4. Full Payment must accompany your registration form, please make your cheque payable to: Downtown Rotary Blues for Food (no post dated cheques). If you are paying by cash please bring in the exact amount (do not send cash in the mail). *There will be no refunds as this event goes rain or shine.

It is the responsibility of each food vendor to ensure that they meet with all municipal/provincial/federal licensing and permit approvals including but not restricted to: 1) Health Unit, 2) Fire Department 3) Electrical/Gas/Propane Agencies 4) Business Licensing 5) Insurance. And be prepared to produce said documentation on request. Any vendor forced to close because of failure to comply to the requirements of any or all agencies or the Blues for Food Committee will close immediately upon request without right of refund.
