All food and beverage items cannot be sold without the written approval from the 2017 Blues for Food Committee. All Food vendors must come fully self contained (hydro/water, tables, canopies, etc.).</p><p>List ALL Items for Sale: a.i.1. a.i.2. a.i.3. a.i.4. Full Payment must accompany your registration form, please make your cheque payable to: Downtown Rotary Blues for Food (no post dated cheques). If you are paying by cash please bring in the exact amount (do not send cash in the mail). *There will be no refunds as this event goes rain or shine.</p><p>It is the responsibility of each food vendor to ensure that they meet with all municipal/provincial/federal licensing and permit approvals including but not restricted to: 1) Health Unit, 2) Fire Department 3) Electrical/Gas/Propane Agencies 4) Business Licensing 5) Insurance. And be prepared to produce said documentation on request.
