Guiding Question: What is the role of Judicial Activism and Judicial Restraint under the umbrella of Judicial Review?

2. How is the Obama Care case a good case to address the ongoing need for judicial restraint?

3. Is activism creating a more powerful position for the one branch of government that is not elected?
