The Father's Ranch Ministries is seeking a spiritually mature, Christian woman with strong Biblical convictions, to fill the on-site position of Women's Program Director. The Father's Ranch is a 12 month, residential, Biblical (nouthetic) counseling ministry that serves girls (ages 13-17) and women (ages 18-40) who are struggling with life-entangling issues such as drug/alcohol addiction, eating disorder(s), and/or emotional problems.

This Biblical counseling facility is located on a 101 acre, country horse ranch found in the rural environment of Eastern Washington State. TFR is a small, residential program containing 12 beds with plans for expansion to 24 beds in the near future, as the Lord leads. The Father's Ranch also serves the local community through the Biblical Counseling Center of Okanogan (BCCO) located in Tonasket Bible Church. The Women's Program Director is responsible for the overall quality, supervision, planning, implementation, and integrity of the girl's and women's residential programs. The Women's Program Director reports directly to the Executive Director/CEO of The Father's Ranch. The Women's Program Director is an un- paid, domestic missionary position with room and board provided. Please see Duties and Responsibilities for additional information.

Duties and Responsibilities: *Provide a Godly example of Christian womanhood for staff, interns and students. *Develop and maintain Godly and encouraging relationships with staff and interns. *Disciple and shepherd the female staff and interns serving at TFR. *Teach and exegete the Scriptures for the staff, interns, and students (women only) during times of Bible study, discipleship and/or counseling. *Recruit and train interns for service at TFR. *Interview and accept/reject potential student applicants desiring to come to TFR. *Maintain and record financial expenditures, income, and budgets. * Provide monthly ministry status reports for the Executive Director. *Give oral presentations to women's groups desiring information regarding TFR. *Communicate and network with other Biblical counseling colleges, churches and ministries. *Facilitate training opportunities for interns. *Provide work, visitation, and program schedules for interns and students. *Pray regularly for the staff, interns, and students at TFR. *Supervise residents and interns as needed. *Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: *A born-again Christian according to the Scriptures (John 3:3) *In good standing with her local Church body and leadership. *25 years of age or older. *An unyielding desire to serve and glorify the Lord. *A deep conviction regarding the sufficiency of the Scriptures (Sola Scriptura). *A strong proponent of nouthetic counseling and Christian community. *Spiritually mature with a good working knowledge of the Scriptures and the ability to use them in problem solving. *Developed and proven social and organizational skills. *Biblical counseling and/or discipleship experience. *NANC (level 1) certification or the ability/desire to attain NANC certification upon acceptance of position. *A love for people and a heart for the wounded and downcast.

Compensation/Benefits: All employees of TFR receive room and board at our ministry. Beyond that, they’re strongly encouraged to be supported as domestic missionaries from their home sending/commending church. No one serving at The Father's Ranch from the Executive Director to the interns, receives a salary, health benefits, or even an occasional stipend from TFR. Every person or family committed to serve at TFR must trust in the generous Hand of Providence for their financial needs.
