1. Call Meeting to Order: 7:10 pm Meeting called to order Tina Burkholder.

2. Additions to the Agenda:

Goalie Camp Floor change over Honorarium - accountant

3. Approval of Previous Minutes: Motion to accept. 1stly) Denise and 2ndly) Jim. All in favour. Carried.

4. Treasurer’s Report – Circulated the report. 5. Old Business: a) Registrations – Directors are to ensure that coaches have a profile in Sportzsoft. b) Local Sponsorship – tabled until next meeting.

6. New Business

a) GELC Report – Glen Mulcahy course was worthwhile, however, not well attended. Discussion on Parent Liaison position. MOTION: Mandate that each team have a parent Liaison. Motion to accept. 1stly) Robb and 2ndly) Harry. All in favour. Carried. Tina will draft a policy to put on the website. b) Executive Gifts – Each member of the executive has a $40.00 credit for the purchase of merchandise. c) New storage facility – We have a bigger space (20 X 25) for less money at Real Storage, 145 Provincial Avenue d) Facility Damage – Communicate to players, No wall ball. Players need a change of footwear for the floor. Encourage coaches/managers to document damages before entering change rooms. County has okayed wall ball on the brick wall at the pool. e) Respect the Ref – ALA initiative. Buttons were distributed to Directors. f) Directors Reports – Merchandise – Will be sold at the Shell, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Coaches - reminder of the coach/manager meetings April 11, directors to collect CRC'S and return the coach information spreadsheet.

Girls – all in place Midget – short players on the B team. Will affiliate players from Bantam. Very pleased with the Juniors in the evaluation process Equipment/VP – will review equipment policy: some goalies are using Titans equipment year round. Discussed a rental program. Tyke jerseys should arrive this week. Some Directors still have to return the pinneys. Tournament –Is full except for Midget division. Webmaster – no report Registrar – lots of withdrawls. Coaches must have a profile on Sportzsoft. Directors must get teams lists to Kim. Minityke/Tyke – Lots of feedback on Saturday games. Saturday games were implemented as league added intersquad games.

Additions: Goalie Camp – Encourage players to sign up for Aaron Bold goalie camp. Floor change over. If ball hockey is not getting off the floor in a timely manner, advise Tina. Honorarium – Tina will follow up.

General Information Juniors that are helping coach should be given support and used appropriately. Goalie equipment. If using Cat2 ensure that approval obtained from the ALA
